Your technician, Rob, is very personable. I called your office on Sunday and he arrived on Monday morning! He explained the entire door replacement procedure to us in detail. I live in the Village of Sloan and just had a single and double garage doors installed with new garage openers. Travis our technician and his partner were very courteous and knowledgeable and arrived on time as scheduled.. They took down the old doors and removed them when they left. They installed the new ones and were very precise in their workmanship. They explained the operation of the doors and made sure I understood the way they worked. When completed they made sure everything was cleaned up and all the old material was removed. The professionalism from the time I called until the everything was completed was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Precision Garage Door installed a garage door opener for me 3 years ago and I recall their expertise and professionalism. Travis arrived yesterday and installed a new garage door and his preciseness and attention to detail was noted. He was courteous and explained the process to me, length of time to install, and was very knowledgeable. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome- a new door that is not only attractive but also energy efficient. From my first appointment with Precision to discuss the purchase of the door, I found this company treats the customer with a "service based approach", which is very appealing today.

Just as advertised on TV. Great value for a door and opener. The door and opener works great and the service was excellent. Can hardly hear the PDS800 opener. Took a little longer to install because of being a very old garage but service guy made sure everything was done the correct way. thank you

I had a new installation that was a bit tricky. Precision had never dpne one before. They sent Travis leader and a helper and these two guys were just fantastic.the door looks great, works great, cleaned up. Im very satisfied.

Saw the coupon offered,called and an appointment was made quickly for both services. The technician called prior to arrival and the service was completed as requested. I especially appreciated the options that were offered during the July 20 repair. I will definitely recommend your company if someone is looking for a garage door service.

On a Saturday afternoon, the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door and a service technician was at our house within 2 hours, and it wasn't even an emergency call for service. Rob from Precision did a complete inspection of the door and explained what should be replaced, and the cost of repairs. We opted to go with a rebuild package, which carried a 7 year warranty on parts and labor. Rob did a great job with the repairs, showed us some damaged parts that would have failed had they not been replaced, and was very thorough. Rob represents your company extremely well, and is a great asset to Precision Garage Door. I definitely would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Ryan provided excellent service during my garage door installation. He was professional and knowledgeable. My only concern was the lack of a follow up phone call when I was inquiring about an installation date. It was difficult connecting with someone who could answer my questions and was told I would receive a a call back and I would not hear back from anyone.

I was extremely impressed with the promptness and professionalism that Bob D. showed when I called to have my garage door spring replaced. He checked the entire door system out, which turned out to be a good thing since the door cables were frayed and the bearings were worn. He gave me with several options to choose from to address the issues. He was also very efficient.

I heard an ad on the radio and I decided to look them up on the internet. I was happy to see that they could respond the same day and even happier that they could get to my house after I got home from work. Mario did a great job ! He explained everything after a quick inspection and quickly got to work after we decided on what needed to be done. He was very polite and well spoken and very professional the truck was very clean and neat . Mario cleaned up after himself and everything worked out perfectly ! I am very happy with the company from the way that Lauren took my information to the way Mario called me when he was on the way . Great Job ! I would highly recommend them !!

I had the lowest service package done on my garage door yesterday at a cost of 618.00. I told the tech I saw an add on tv for a new door installed for 999.00 and he asked me who the company was, I didn’t remember who it was until I saw the commercial just now it was Precision Door! He told me for 999.00 it was a junky pan door. Is this what your company sells? I thought the service was very expensive, and I know the motor will be the next thing to go!

Service was very good with quality parts, but the cost was excessively high. I paid $869 for basically a new spring and cables. When the door was originally installed in 2000, I paid $710 for a new door and full installation!

Hello John, I'm not sure what kind of door you originally purchased, but I know your door was around 20 years old. The parts on an average garage door are not designed to last that long. You chose a full overhaul package of you garage door when given options by Mario. This includes swapping out all the old warn moving parts and hardware of the door. Which includes about a dozen individual components. A new door with parts equal to the qaulity of the parts we use would have cost significantly more. I can see in your inspection that your motor is also 18 years old, which I assume you had installed with your door. I think it's safe to say prices have likely doubled since then and I wouldn't expect much more life out of that 18 year old motor.

I needed a complete single rebuilt package. I bought my house 5 years ago and I have no idea how old the garage door opener was. I was sure the opener was on borrowed time. The opener fell apart at 10 AM. I called Precision and within 2 hours a repair man was on his way. His name was Bob and he was professional and took the time to explain everything I needed.
