I called today because my spring was broken on garage door. We want to purchase a new door since original door is 50 plus years old. Mark was very courteous and professional. Gave us a price on a new door and repaired our old door until the new door is installed. We were very happy with the quick and efficient service Mark gave.

The installation crew was excellent and for the most part did a great job. The outside touch pad is a little flimsy. Not sure if it was mounted correctly or needs to be tightened. The only complaint I have is when I called to have a new Garage Door Opener installed, I specifically asked for the Liftmaster Elite 8550 and new neoprene /sealed bearing rollers. I was told they had everything in stock. I specifically asked if everything would be on the truck when they arrived and I was told yes they would have everything. Well, when they arrived I was told it was the Liftmaster Elite 8550 was not on the truck and there were none in stock. They had three in stock but they are now gone. They did have the rollers I wanted. So, I had to settle for another manufacturer, Linear. I chose the Liftmaster Elite because I wanted a battery backup. The one installed does not have that feature. The installation crew said that the Linear would be coming out with one that has a battery backup. I think Precision should add that feature to my opener at either no cost or at their cost. When I called and was told they had a Liftmaster Elite in stock, why didn't someone put one aside for me. I would have given a higher rating but their customer service is not what I expected and this issue should have never happened.
I'm sorry about that Frank. That should have been on the truck. It was also in the tech notes that he should have that to install.

I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! The information was on the existing overhead door you were the source. I called for service in July and in replacing the opener to newer version with digital keypad I also asked for a new door gasket to keep snow out. This last did not get completed. I called to follow up before snow started and it was resolved. Thanks

i called Precision late in the afternoon on a Friday, scheduled an appointment for the following day. i was told the technician would come between 12 and 4. Mario called at 11:30 to say he'd be at my house at 12, which he was. he was very professional, honest, pleasant and courteous. he explained 3 options available to me, and said it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the work, which was what it took. i would absolutely recommend both Precision and Mario!

I give the front office a one star rating. I did not have a problem with the service technician he did a fine job. Purchased a new garage door two years ago. Now I am having trouble with the finish on the garage door. Two days ago a service technician looked at my problem and I have not heard a word from the office yet. Hopefully somebody will contact me soon thank You.
Where right on top of that Art. There is nothing wrong with the finish. Some insulation go on the back of your door during the manufacturing process and has yellowed over time. We have a way to clean it off and refinish the discolored parts.
