From the time we called Precision about the broken spring on our door to the job being completed was only about three hours! Collin was great, very professional. Explained everything and evaluated the condition of our whole door, opener etc. which was helpful and reassuring. He had the parts with him in the truck and got it fixed fast. Well done!

For starters; I'd like to thank Mark C. who initially showed us the new garage door, and the prices, and also Matt & Jay who installed the garage door. They all did a great job, and it looks great ! The ONLY problem that I have, is that the upper seal, on the outside of the garage door, looks used. I tried to clean it with detergent; and it removed a little of the stains, but it still looks like it was taken from another garage door. It looks both dirty & greasy. Other than that; everything looks great ! If you have any other questions; you can call me at home. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up everything when they left. 5 stars plus !

Mike H was punctual and knowledgeable. Mike provided and assessment and solution to our garage door problem. His work was meticulous and precise - staying well after 5pm to complete the task. When the work was completed, Mike took the time to review what he had done and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend Mike H and Precision Door.

The Door that Precision installed turned out beautifully. Delivery and installation took 5 weeks from ordering which is not bad. Installation took less than 4 hours which I thought was reasonable.

Our opener broke late one afternoon, I called Precision Door Service and they arranged for a service team to come to our house within 90 minutes. They offered several options for repair of replace. As unit was over 15 years old I opted for mid-range replace. Opener was much quieter than old unit and technician suggested that new rollers would help even more to reduce noise and ensure efficient operation of new opener. I can barely hear the door open now. Work was completed within 60 minutes. Very satisfied with job and especially with Mario, our technician.

First off I was impressed that your site gave bios and the rating each technician received. Also the promptness about setting a date for service. Our techs Bob & Eric were very informative about our options, prices and what was involved with each as well of the time frames involved. They also gave us tips about maintenance of our door. I would highly recommend Precision door to my friends & family. Your customer service is above & beyond all others.

Rob was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about him personally and about the service of this company. We called with an urgent issue and they sent someone right out that afternoon/evening. Rob called when he was in his way and came well within the window they gave us . He was friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable about what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell us and we were comfortable right away that we were being taken care of by the right person and company. After we settled on a plan, he got right to work and had our repair completed in a timely and efficient manner. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt confident that we understood the work he’d done and how we needed to maintain the door going forward. After telling us over and over to let him know if we needed anything to make sure we were happy with our door, he wished us a happy holiday. What a great person. And what great service. Our door works well and it’s good to know we have a strong company and a guarantee to back up the investment we made.

I have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with their service. I recently had a problem with my garage door not closing properly and had a serviceman come out. The wire for the pulley had come off and got twisted. This was probably something I could have easily done myself if I was handy. The serviceman was literally here 5 minutes. I was charged the full price of a service charge, 80 some dollars with tax. I believe a good business practice would have been to have been comped for this very minor repair, or at least to have been given some type of discount. I will think twice before using Precision again in the future.

Because of the awesome quality and warranty you give to your product and good pricing. Colin was a great representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable and curtious. Unfortunately we had to purchase from "Brand X" because they could install in 2-3 weeks. Probably be calling you to replace this door in a few years. Sorry the 4-6weeks out didn't work for us. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Jim and Carolyn Grassmick
