I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! Rob was very nice and personable. I would certainly use Precision in the future!

The information was on the existing overhead door you were the source. I called for service in July and in replacing the opener to newer version with digital keypad I also asked for a new door gasket to keep snow out. This last did not get completed. I called to follow up before snow started and it was resolved. Thanks

i needed help because of a broken garage door and you came out that very day,the men that came were very friendly and courteous to me, and that meant very much to me. when they installed the garage door the same man, matt, was courteous and very friendly, very nice man. he also helped me understand the necessary upkeep of both doors,special thanks to gary for fixing the business of the shed door, thanks to all.

What an terrific experience with Precision Garage Door! Not only did we have an amazing experience with the initial gentleman that took care of the estimate for a brand new garage door/door opener, the young man that installed our complete system was amazing!!! Just had what we thought were issues with our opener. Mario checked everything thing out and it turned out to be our door. Mario was quick, polite and very nice. He explained everything. I will definitely be a customer for life.

The guys did a great job finding the problem and then correcting it. They also adjusted the other door when they were here. Awesome job,. The door doesn't pop any more when it goes up and down.

i called Precision late in the afternoon on a Friday, scheduled an appointment for the following day. i was told the technician would come between 12 and 4. Mario called at 11:30 to say he'd be at my house at 12, which he was. he was very professional, honest, pleasant and courteous. he explained 3 options available to me, and said it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the work, which was what it took. i would absolutely recommend both Precision and Mario!

I give the front office a one star rating. I did not have a problem with the service technician he did a fine job. Purchased a new garage door two years ago. Now I am having trouble with the finish on the garage door. Two days ago a service technician looked at my problem and I have not heard a word from the office yet. Hopefully somebody will contact me soon thank You.

Where right on top of that Art. There is nothing wrong with the finish. Some insulation go on the back of your door during the manufacturing process and has yellowed over time. We have a way to clean it off and refinish the discolored parts.

I live in the Village of Sloan and just had a single and double garage doors installed with new garage openers. Travis our technician and his partner were very courteous and knowledgeable and arrived on time as scheduled.. They took down the old doors and removed them when they left. They installed the new ones and were very precise in their workmanship. They explained the operation of the doors and made sure I understood the way they worked. When completed they made sure everything was cleaned up and all the old material was removed. The professionalism from the time I called until the everything was completed was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Precision Garage Door installed a garage door opener for me 3 years ago and I recall their expertise and professionalism. Travis arrived yesterday and installed a new garage door and his preciseness and attention to detail was noted. Just as advertised on TV. Great value for a door and opener. The door and opener works great and the service was excellent. Can hardly hear the PDS800 opener. Took a little longer to install because of being a very old garage but service guy made sure everything was done the correct way. thank you

I had a new installation that was a bit tricky. Precision had never dpne one before. They sent Travis leader and a helper and these two guys were just fantastic.the door looks great, works great, cleaned up. Im very satisfied.

Saw the coupon offered,called and an appointment was made quickly for both services. The technician called prior to arrival and the service was completed as requested. I especially appreciated the options that were offered during the July 20 repair. I will definitely recommend your company if someone is looking for a garage door service.

On a Saturday afternoon, the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door and a service technician was at our house within 2 hours, and it wasn't even an emergency call for service. Rob from Precision did a complete inspection of the door and explained what should be replaced, and the cost of repairs. We opted to go with a rebuild package, which carried a 7 year warranty on parts and labor. Rob did a great job with the repairs, showed us some damaged parts that would have failed had they not been replaced, and was very thorough. Rob represents your company extremely well, and is a great asset to Precision Garage Door. I definitely would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
