Pro: Quick service Con: They left my garage squeaking more than it was before the springs were changed. Called back to have them oil/fix it and the service guy shows up wanting to charge us another service fee for something they did! He refused fix it because we said we wouldn’t pay for something the company did. They thought they were being nice when they said we’ll let the service fee go this time but next time you call, we will charge you just to show up. I thought this was shady and horrible customer service; not backing up your work and fixing the problem. *Thanks Precision for making my family cringe every time that garage door goes up and down. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DON’T WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.
We're sorry you were unhappy with the service. We made recommendations on the first visit to replace damaged components that were causing the noise you were complaining about. The fix is replacing the broken part that was making the noise. You declined this now the door is still making noises.

Rev. Jan Michael Nace, Gowanda NY. A new garage door, fully insulated, was installed today and we are so happy with the service and quality of the entire transaction. It was reliable and professional from the beginning. The price was outstanding and business friends of ours told us when we mentioned the pricing that they were impressed with your prices. We recommend you whenever we can!

I have never been so impressed professionally and from the minute I contacted the receptionist I was blown away by your attention and attitude to get me up and running! In less than 1 hour Mario calls and then comes to our house. Springs broken and unable to enter. This man has the work ethic of 100% plus! Mario completely righted the very poor job done sub standard by the builder of Amber Meadows. ( Adams’s door and they had “ no availability “ til the next day. I told them I was a repeat customer and President of the Association of 44 homes and was not able to enter my home. That’s when I called Precison! In a matter of minutes it was on the docket. Ask for Mario! He is an outstanding man and his workmanship is unparalleled!

Needed to replace my 20 year old garage door after it froze to the ground and called Precision Door. The technician made a temporary fix (at no charge) while my door was being manufactured. The tech that installed to door was efficient and friendly. We did have an issue with my old sensors, but they replaced them at no charge and my door is now functioning perfectly. Thanks!

I have to say that I'm not easily impressed but Bob D. was great. On time, polite and efficient. From our first phone call at 7 a.m. this morning til Bob very impressed. We are going to get a new door because are's cannot be fixed unless we want to deal with Hamburg Doors and that is not a option. It's nice to see a company run so well. Also you were recommended to us by a couple we know.

Let's just say it's been 20 years with the last 10 at least where the door has been manually opened. Made the call, same day service and purchased a new belt drive garage door opener. Mario was outstanding, he was extremely knowledgeable, concerned about any of my cats getting out the door and got right to it and all was right with world within an hour. Amazing... will definitely recommend your company.... love the motion sensor light too!

Set an appointment yesterday. Rob was our Tech and he showed up promptly between the Window of time given. He was able to fix the issue with our Garage even though the underlying problem remained a mystery. He was very professional and did not mislead me with any information on what he was fixing and what the problem was. Highly recommend their service, very upfront on costs and very professional.

Beautiful door and professional company. Travis was our technician and did a wonderful job. A day later, the door wouldn't close and they came back and made some adjustments and it works fine now. Disappointed to find out they charged us $75 for a service call when we just spent $2,200 on a brand new door and it wasn't our fault the door wouldn't close.

Emailed company and explained problem. Technician Collin came out next day and identified problem. Given three options, had all parts needed for the option I chose. Seemed very knowledgeable and as a visually disabled woman put my trust in him and Precision Garage Doors. The job was completed in a professional and timely matter. The work was extensive, almost everything but garage door. I was a bit shocked at cost, but you have to trust someone. We’ve been burned in the past by contractors. Hope this isn’t the case. Time will tell. Thanks Collin and Precision Garage Doors....
