I live in the Village of Sloan and just had a single and double garage doors installed with new garage openers. Travis our technician and his partner were very courteous and knowledgeable and arrived on time as scheduled.. They took down the old doors and removed them when they left. They installed the new ones and were very precise in their workmanship. They explained the operation of the doors and made sure I understood the way they worked. When completed they made sure everything was cleaned up and all the old material was removed. The professionalism from the time I called until the everything was completed was excellent. On a Saturday afternoon, the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door and a service technician was at our house within 2 hours, and it wasn't even an emergency call for service. Rob from Precision did a complete inspection of the door and explained what should be replaced, and the cost of repairs. We opted to go with a rebuild package, which carried a 7 year warranty on parts and labor. Rob did a great job with the repairs, showed us some damaged parts that would have failed had they not been replaced, and was very thorough. Rob represents your company extremely well, and is a great asset to Precision Garage Door. I definitely would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Ryan provided excellent service during my garage door installation. He was professional and knowledgeable. My only concern was the lack of a follow up phone call when I was inquiring about an installation date. It was difficult connecting with someone who could answer my questions and was told I would receive a a call back and I would not hear back from anyone.

He checked the entire door system out, which turned out to be a good thing since the door cables were frayed and the bearings were worn. I heard an ad on the radio and I decided to look them up on the internet. I was happy to see that they could respond the same day and even happier that they could get to my house after I got home from work. Mario did a great job ! I had the lowest service package done on my garage door yesterday at a cost of 618.00. I told the tech I saw an add on tv for a new door installed for 999.00 and he asked me who the company was, I didn’t remember who it was until I saw the commercial just now it was Precision Door! He told me for 999.00 it was a junky pan door. Is this what your company sells? I thought the service was very expensive, and I know the motor will be the next thing to go!

Service was very good with quality parts, but the cost was excessively high. I paid $869 for basically a new spring and cables. When the door was originally installed in 2000, I paid $710 for a new door and full installation!
Hello John, I'm not sure what kind of door you originally purchased, but I know your door was around 20 years old. The parts on an average garage door are not designed to last that long. You chose a full overhaul package of you garage door when given options by Mario. This includes swapping out all the old warn moving parts and hardware of the door. Which includes about a dozen individual components. A new door with parts equal to the qaulity of the parts we use would have cost significantly more. I can see in your inspection that your motor is also 18 years old, which I assume you had installed with your door. I think it's safe to say prices have likely doubled since then and I wouldn't expect much more life out of that 18 year old motor.

I needed a complete single rebuilt package. I bought my house 5 years ago and I have no idea how old the garage door opener was. I was sure the opener was on borrowed time. The opener fell apart at 10 AM. I called Precision and within 2 hours a repair man was on his way. His name was Bob and he was professional and took the time to explain everything I needed.
