Service was very good with quality parts, but the cost was excessively high. I paid $869 for basically a new spring and cables. When the door was originally installed in 2000, I paid $710 for a new door and full installation!

Hello John, I'm not sure what kind of door you originally purchased, but I know your door was around 20 years old. The parts on an average garage door are not designed to last that long. You chose a full overhaul package of you garage door when given options by Mario. This includes swapping out all the old warn moving parts and hardware of the door. Which includes about a dozen individual components. A new door with parts equal to the qaulity of the parts we use would have cost significantly more. I can see in your inspection that your motor is also 18 years old, which I assume you had installed with your door. I think it's safe to say prices have likely doubled since then and I wouldn't expect much more life out of that 18 year old motor.

I needed a complete single rebuilt package. I bought my house 5 years ago and I have no idea how old the garage door opener was. I was sure the opener was on borrowed time. The opener fell apart at 10 AM. I called Precision and within 2 hours a repair man was on his way. His name was Bob and he was professional and took the time to explain everything I needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and Bob. I rated the service 5 stars. I will recommend Precision to my friends and family. explained

because we had them before and was very satisfied with them but I do want to file a complaint about the guy that came out to give us an estimate his name was barry and he was really rude when I asked him to take the garage door down cause my mom had to get her car out anad he did not want to do it and then he got really nasty with me.

I will never use Precision again. I called for service and immediately, I was trying to be sold an upgrade. Three times I explained my request for service only. Others should ask for a service Tech instead of a sales rep. When I do replace my door, I will choose someone else.

Well, when you need a new door, you need a new door. We're not in the business of telling you what you want to hear. I hope you consider someone else to repair it when it falls apart, as it won't be our fault.

The quality of the technician's workmanship was very good (Ryan); however, the phone customer service needs improvement. There were scheduling errors; timing delays (I think the technician is overscheduled for the work needing to be done in one visit); and the attitude about "things happen" and " I guess we made an error in scheduling" is not very professional- minimal apology for the inconveniences.

I am so sorry everything didn't work out as you had hoped. We very rarely get complaints about our scheduling considering all information is posted directly on the invoice followed by email appointment confirmations. We will look into this to see if there are improvements that can be made.

Hi, Bill, Three years ago YOU rebuilt my large garage door. I have been so incredibly satisfied, I have told all my friends. It is a wooden door and I could not obtain a matching door for the second garage door for my second door. When the touchpad on my second door was inop, naturally I called Precision. Mario, today's service person was THE GREATEST GENTLEMAN EVER! He explained the options, extremely well, not trying to Influence me. He was very well organized, neat, professional. I would be proud to recommend him/Precision to anyone! He is definitely an asset to Precision.

I had an 08:30 appointment, but the installer did not arrive until 10:00. In his defense, he did contact me and said that he was running a bit behind and if that was going to be a problem. I said that it wouldn't really be a problem. After he arrive, he proceeded to install a beautiful door with quality workmanship. We both checked for proper operation and he gave me lubrication instructions. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services if you need to replace a garage door.

Our apologies, however installation appointments are in time frames, not specific times. We scheduled your installation from 8-10am, not 8:30am. Afternoon appointments are scheduled 12-2pm or 1-3pm as we do not know how long it will take to load up in the morning or finish a previous job prior to an afternoon install. This business is awesome! I called Precision Friday morning regarding my garage door opener not working. I was lucky to get an appt. that afternoon. I was told that a tech would be here between noon and 4:oo pm. Well at 12:05 Mike showed up and he was excellent! Mike was friendly and explained what was wrong and that he could repair /replace the opener. Well within an hour I had a new opener and I decided to get a new garage door. (price was right) Mike is very friendly and had the knowledge to assist me in replacing the opener and making a choice for the new door. A great big THANK YOU to Mike and Precision.
