The installer was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would (amazing!) and finished when he said he would. The new opener is working smoothly and is quieter than the old one. Love the keypad which I didn't have before.

I chose Precision because I happen to have seen one of their vans a few doors down. I needed an extra remote and wanted an outdoor access panel. So, I called the number on the van and scheduled an appointment for some info. I was unsure whether I should get a whole new operator or just the parts I needed. The service rep arrived promptly and explained the options and the cost. I decided to get a whole new operator. The service rep was very nice and thorough and installed my new operator providing me with the info on how everything worked. I was very pleased with the service.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician was very good at explaining the process of replacing the spring and allowing me to watch as I was curious how it was done. He did point out that a bearing should be replaced (it was shot).
