I chose precision door off the wesite, their ad drew me in and the fact they had next day service. My garage door was unable to close and I had a home inspection the next day. The repair guy Robert was great he repaired my door in frigid temperatures. He also came back Iin May and repaired the door honoring the warranty free of charge after s unexpected issue. They are professional and give you satisfaction and punctuality both times I got next day service. Two thumbs up to Precision Door Thanks.

I had a new garage door opener installed on May 25 2015. I called that morning & got an appointment between 12 & 4. Pat arrived before 12:00. He installed it less than 2 hrs. Pat answered all my questions completely. Thanks Pat great service. Definitely 5 stars.

I knew my door replacements would be difficult due to an old, out-of-square and out-of-plumb garage with very limited headroom at one of the doors. Other bidders shrugged of my concern, but PDS got their installation manager to take a look beforehand, which gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. The short story is that it was the the most difficult job the installer had experienced, but he kept with it until it was right. A lot of extra work, but no request for more compensation. One of my existing operators disn't work, and a strong effort was made by the installer to get it going, even though it was not their responsibility in my view. Overall, a great job and a very satisfied customer. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I found an ad in our Val Pack and called. Robert came early this morning, exactly the time he said he would. He was very nice and repaired our garage remote, and looked over everything else. The installer was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would (amazing!) and finished when he said he would. The new opener is working smoothly and is quieter than the old one. Love the keypad which I didn't have before.

I chose Precision because I happen to have seen one of their vans a few doors down. I needed an extra remote and wanted an outdoor access panel. So, I called the number on the van and scheduled an appointment for some info. I was unsure whether I should get a whole new operator or just the parts I needed. The service rep arrived promptly and explained the options and the cost. I decided to get a whole new operator. The service rep was very nice and thorough and installed my new operator providing me with the info on how everything worked. I was very pleased with the service.
