The service man from Precision who came out was appropriately dressed, on time, professional, and an absolte WHIZ! It turned out that our key pad was obsolete, but he knew what to do. Originally Robert Dressler came out to replace the springs. After he pointed out all the rust, cables starting to fail and the cheap motor, we realized we really needed to purchase everything new. Excellent service! Installers were friendly and very professional, and cleaned up the door and the garage. I highly recommend this company. I have used in the past when I had a problem on a Sunday and they were prompt and came out and fixed my door. When it came time to replace that door they worked very hard to get me the door I needed.

Mark came to my house and installed a garage door in no time. I thought I also needed an opener but Mark assured me my current opener worked just fine. He installed the door at the agreed upon price, was polite, courteous and worked very hard since I think I picked the hottest day of the year so far. I would definitely call on Mark again.

I chose precision door off the wesite, their ad drew me in and the fact they had next day service. My garage door was unable to close and I had a home inspection the next day. The repair guy Robert was great he repaired my door in frigid temperatures. He also came back Iin May and repaired the door honoring the warranty free of charge after s unexpected issue. They are professional and give you satisfaction and punctuality both times I got next day service. Two thumbs up to Precision Door Thanks.

I knew my door replacements would be difficult due to an old, out-of-square and out-of-plumb garage with very limited headroom at one of the doors. Other bidders shrugged of my concern, but PDS got their installation manager to take a look beforehand, which gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. The short story is that it was the the most difficult job the installer had experienced, but he kept with it until it was right. A lot of extra work, but no request for more compensation. One of my existing operators disn't work, and a strong effort was made by the installer to get it going, even though it was not their responsibility in my view. Overall, a great job and a very satisfied customer. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
