Due to the extreme freeze in February 2015 I have had Pat out to make several repairs on my garage door. I now request him because I feel so comfortable with him and his knowledge of my issues. This company runs like a family and I am very impressed with them and the excellent service provided. Pat represents them perfectly!

The person who answered the phone was quick to help. She sympathized with my issues and offered a next day appt. I was told a tech would be on site between 4and 8pm. Pat called at 4:30pm to give me an idea of arrival time. He arrived right when he said he would and got right to work. The first thing he did though, was shake my hand. That made me feel very trusting in his honesty and work ethic. And I was not disappointed at all. He worked efficiently, offered alternatives and shared the pricing as the job went on so I was not surprised at the end. He was a true gentleman and an asset to your company.
