Precision claimed responsibility and fixed the problem with absolutely no hassles. I didn't even need to be home. The door is now quiet and goes up and down easily without pulling itself back up.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Precision. The technician arrived about a little over an hour after we called about a broken spring. He was very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. We also purchased a new garage door opener. The work was done promptly - no mess left. Gladly recommend precision for garage door needs.

What a superb customer service experience. Within minutes (less than 5) I had an email acknowledgement come to my "smarty phone" confirming my request for service, the name of the Service Technician (Robert P.) being dispatched, and what time he could be expected. Robert P. arrived on-site in just over a half-hour (35 mins). Besides just replacing the torsion springs, Robert pointed out (diagnosed) seized rollers and a buckling door panel that were causing "undue" stress to the garage door opener system. (The garage door is 23 years old) - Robert's service was prompt, courteous, and most importantly - competent. Mr. Anthony Paruta, take a bow - it is no wonder your business is expanding while many businesses today are singing the "business is bad blues". 5 Star recommendation "plus". Many thanks!

Could not ask for a better experience. Got same day service that was not rushed and was done extremely well. Technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything start to finish. The repair is guaranteed for as long as I own my home and the price was fair. I will bring any business I can back to this company.

We chose to replace our "builder grade" garage doors with updated, insulated doors after our rails and wheels rusted, and were having reliability issues. We didn't want to face another Buffalo Winter with our garage doors jumping off the tracks. I did some homework, and called for an appointment with Precision Garage Doors. From the initial contact through the finished job, I was very impressed. Their website, customer service, email reminders and information, service personnel, and professionalism were fantastic. Mike H. was on-time, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't try to up-sell me. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. I was here for the installation of the doors today. Brian C. and Mike C. were the installers, and they were great! They arrived on-time, were super guys, and did an A-1 job. They said it would take about 3 hours, and they were very close to their estimate. They worked hard and did a great job of installing the doors, answering any questions I had, and cleaning up. They were very nice, and made the whole process painless. Precision is hiring the right guys, that's for SURE! I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Doors for anything you need. I am so glad that I found them. Trustworthy, reliable AND great customer service? Who knew that still existed? They are doing it right. Thanks, guys!

I found you through your direct mailer and I'm happy that I called your company. From making my appointment to completion of the work everything was fantastic. I would like to express my thanks to Mike. He took time to explain what was wrong with my opener and why he recommended a new one. He was on time, professional and a pleasure to have at my home. Thank you Precision and Mike.

Ryan was professional and friendly. service was concluded two hours after I called to request a repair as the door was not rising smoothly. Ryan called, came out to assess and spoke to me on the phone, I didn't even need to come home from work. Precision took the blame for the needed repair and are replacing parts free of charge. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the door while the parts are on order. I will certainly recommend precision to anyone looking for a garage door.

Very professional and personable, knowledgeable and on-time. We are looking froward to getting our new doors installed. I hope to write another review then.

Five star rating. Tried several of your competitors and got nowhere. Your man made a new lock for an old door fit and work so quickly. Price was reasonable. He had extra drilling to do. I like the way you introduce your workforce. They are as good as their bio says. Thank you I've been waiting for this fix for sometime.

Mike, the technician, arrived at the time he told me he would and promptly evaluated the situation. He recommended the best course of repairing the springs on both of my garage doors. He was very knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. After he completed the work he cleaned the whole area and explained how the new springs worked, their benefits and the warranty that covered them. I was very impressed with his service and would highly recommend him to others for all types of garage door repair. A Job Well Done!

I called Precision- on a Friday before a holiday- as my garage door completely became detached by the wire that pulls it up and down. I was told they would be out sometime between 6 and 8. I was very surprised when they showed up at 605. The technician was extremely friendly and professional. He explained my options and the door was fixed within the hour. Excellent and speedy customer service!!!!!
