Five star rating. Tried several of your competitors and got nowhere. Your man made a new lock for an old door fit and work so quickly. Price was reasonable. He had extra drilling to do. Mike, the technician, arrived at the time he told me he would and promptly evaluated the situation. He recommended the best course of repairing the springs on both of my garage doors. He was very knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. After he completed the work he cleaned the whole area and explained how the new springs worked, their benefits and the warranty that covered them. I called Precision- on a Friday before a holiday- as my garage door completely became detached by the wire that pulls it up and down. I was told they would be out sometime between 6 and 8. I was very surprised when they showed up at 605. The technician was extremely friendly and professional. He explained my options and the door was fixed within the hour. Excellent and speedy customer service!!!!!

The service man from Precision who came out was appropriately dressed, on time, professional, and an absolte WHIZ! It turned out that our key pad was obsolete, but he knew what to do. Ordinarily we don't write reviews, but this was a truly positive experience for less money than other companies quoted. We highly reccommend this company and especially this technician.

Originally Robert Dressler came out to replace the springs. After he pointed out all the rust, cables starting to fail and the cheap motor, we realized we really needed to purchase everything new. Excellent service! Installers were friendly and very professional, and cleaned up the door and the garage. I highly recommend this company. I have used in the past when I had a problem on a Sunday and they were prompt and came out and fixed my door. When it came time to replace that door they worked very hard to get me the door I needed.

Mark came to my house and installed a garage door in no time. I thought I also needed an opener but Mark assured me my current opener worked just fine. He installed the door at the agreed upon price, was polite, courteous and worked very hard since I think I picked the hottest day of the year so far. I would definitely call on Mark again.
