Our garage door decided to break on the closest day of the year. In calling places for repairs (especially on a Sunday), Precision answered their phones. I explained the problem and they said they would be out about noon the next day. They called and were there at 10am. Told me the problems, gave me a price and fixed it within 1 1/2 hr. Talked about a new door, and will take amount of repair bill off door and installation. Great job

A cable snapped on my garage door in the middle of January (of course). I called Precision and Patrick came out that afternoon. He was very knowlegeable and his estimates turned out to be right on target. I was going to wait for another estimate, but was glad I didn't when the other company did not get back to me for several days. Bill was on the installation team during the chilling weather. They were delayed , but he had called to tell me and they did finish the job on schedule. They even did a little patch up work on my wall, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the product and service were refreshingly superb for a situation that I was not looking forward to. Thank you Precision!

Due to unfortunate circumstances related to Williamsville's deep freeze, I found your company when my garage door was completely engulfed in ice damaging the cables, rollers and spring and making the door inoperable. The technician dispatched to me was Pat Murrett who I immediately bonded with! He was sympathetic to my crisis but very knowledgeable and respectful (taking his dirty boots off to walk through my house to the garage). He assessed the situation and due to the extreme ice he was unable to do the job yesterday. The ice on the building first needed to be removed! He came back today, exactly as planned and put my garage door back together even better than it originally was. While this job was certainly not in my budget I feel that Pat gave me my money's worth including a lifetime warranty on the work and parts. I would highly recommend Precision for their customer service ethics and their ability to select talented, knowledgeable technicians to back up their standards. Brian came with Pat today who was shadowing him as an employee trainee and he also fit the Precision image perfectly! Very exceptional young men! With gratitude.... ~carol

Bill called me in the morning and let me know what time he would be here. Arrived exactly on time, asked me if I had any questions and went straight to work. Yesterday was probably one on the coldest days this winter so far and not a single complain form Bill or Brian about it. The guys installed two single garage doors on my old garage, one with remote and one without. They were courteous, hardworking and did a fantastic job on this install. Bill walked me thru all the items I needed to know once he was done and they even removed and disposed of the old wooden doors they replaced. I wish every service experience was like this one! Thanks again guys, great job.

While there were several delays getting the correct doors, it was well worth waiting. Bill was our installer and we could not ask for someone to be so pleasant and technically competent. We had two single doors installed and they look beautiful and work very smoothly. I am pleased that we chose Precision and would call them if we ever needed service. I called Precision to have them double-check the garage door work that I had done by another local garage door company. Within 4 hours of my call to Precision, Pat M. called to let me know he when he expected to arrive. When he arrived he answered all my questions and said that the door was working well and that he didn't see anything that needed addressing immediately. There was no pressure selling at all. The difference between the poor customer service of the other company and Pat's professionalism was night and day. It's also nice to know that I can call Precision day or night for any garage door repair needs we have in the future.

I needed new cables and my torsion springs rewound. Precision's same day service was super convenient. The technician arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and did a great job. I would give a 4-star rating based on that alone. However, my 1-star rating is because of the ridiculous cost of my repair Precision charged for the two new cables! That is OUTRAGEOUS considering you can buy a pair of cables yourself for a FRACTION of that cost.

The technician(Mike H) was knowledgable, efficient and very pleasant. He arrived at my home within an hour and a half of my call for service. Prompt service is very important when your car is trapped inside the garage. I would definitely call them again for future garage door repairs.

We called and they came out the very next day. Our Tech was Patrick. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and told us a few things we might want to consider in the future as the garage door is quite old. He fixed the rollers and Wala the door opened and closed VERY QUIETLY (yea). We would not hesitate to have them come and do the other work. Patrick was a real sweetheart !!! Great employee !!!!! I must say that I appreciate that you can see your teck on the site. Even though my husband was home It gave me a sense of security. More so if I was a woman home alone.

5 STAR!!! Service was excellent. The technician, Michael B. Holbok, was on-time, very polite; scoped out the problem and then informed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and offered several suggested remedies for me to choose from. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the opener works excellently!! I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who may need work done on a garage door and / or opener. In fact, I will be replacing a second garage door opener in the near future and I will request that Mr. Holbok be the technician that does the work when the time comes. Bottom line I was exceptionally satisfied with the workmanship that Mr. Holbok did.

We started out simply needing new remotes for our garage door opener. On Monday evening, Robert P came out. When we called in initially, we advised we need 2 remotes, and that the light in our unit was malfunctioning. When Robert came out, the remotes on his truck were not working with our unit. In the end, he left us with one unit and the light issue persisted and was not diagnosed. We were charged for the service call and one remote. We did not feel satisfied, and called Precision back. Within less than an hour later, I received a callback from Bill, in which he profusely apologized for the fact that we did not receive enough remotes, and that our light issue was not resolved. Bill said that he would come out himself to diagnose our door and deliver and program a second remote Friday evening. On Friday evening, I was running late coming home to meet Bill. He was so calm and understanding, and patiently waited for me and got started on our work while he waited. When I arrived, Bill clearly, concisely, and knowledgably explained possible issues with our unit. He also gave me (at no charge) the second remote. I was so impressed with Bill's personality, knowledge, and expertise. Bill made up more than amply for the previous visit. I told Bill that his handling of the situation would ensure that we came to Precision when it came time for a new unit. Later that evening, my wife and I decided to "take the plunge" and buy a new unit. We contacted Bill back directly, and advised him of the decision. Despite the fact that he was busy and attending to personal business, Bill STILL took the time to field each and every one of my questions, explain every detail, and help us select the best unit for our needs. The following day, Sunday, Mike arrived to complete our installation. Mike was also very knowledgeable about all of the different units available, and helped my wife and I make the most educated decision on our purchase. Mike then inspected our door, and discovered that our spring and door rollers were in poor condition. It was a cold, windy Sunday and the football game was on, but Mike didn't care, rather, he took the time to completely replace everything for us, and properly and accurately install our new opener unit for us. Mike knew exactly what he was doing, and was comforting to speak with, and confident. The new door and parts are SILENT, and work wonderfully! Our new unit, the Lift Master, is top of the line and spectacular! We are beyond thrilled with the new unit, and remotes. In summary, Bill and Mike bent over backwards and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. They came out in adverse weather, dark, dreary conditions, but made our experience with Precision the best it could be. They have earned lifetime customers, and we are more than happy to spread the word about the A+++ experience we enjoyed with Precision! Thank you Anthony and Crew for everything!
