William is an excellent technician friendly and an extemely hard worker. I originaly needed to replace some rusted out wheels on the rails but with a 60 year old garage door decided to go with a new door, opener, and keypad. At both the initial repair and door replacement William called prior and arrived promptly. The company also sends out an email with the installers profile and credentials along with arrival times. The installation took more than a few hours due to painted over and rusty screws and bolts. William performed his installation professionally explaining his tasks, operation of the door, and warranty. I have no complaints and would recommend the company and William highly.
