Rob Dressler was great to deal with. He sized up the repair that I previously failed at doing, told me what was needed, what could be improved, and presented different options without any pressure. He was able to make the needed repairs on the spot quickly and told me a maintenance idea for prolonging the bottom of my older door, that is prone to weather related rust. He encouraged me to call back if I encountered any problems.

Technician Bob Dressler was on time, professional and offered various options to accomplish the repairs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, rollers, cables, etc.) as the door and related equipment were 18 years old. Work was completed quickly with no issues.

fast friendly service. the staff is very helpful in choosing the right product for your needs. The tech. that came to my home was Rob he went through the list of things the company offers and explained what was included for each package. I appreciated the honesty of the guys I dealt with from purchase to installation. I had a new garage door opener installed with springs and rollers. The opener is a belt drive very quick and quiet. I will be calling them back in the spring to replace my rear garage door that has seen better days. ( old wooden door).

A nice and very informative technician came to fix my garage door. After inspecting it he gave me some advice about the door and three options, fix what was broken, upgrade some of the parts, or a brand new door. I went with the first option as I needed the door fixed that day. While I can appreciate that this is a business and you must make a profit, $160.92 is way too much money for the service performed and there is no warranty on the work. The technician put the wheel back in the track, put in one screw and checked all the others on the door. Total labor time was under 10 minutes. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

I called Precision to have the weather stripping replaced on our door. When Bob came out he did a safety check and uncovered some major problems with the door. I ended up getting the gold rebuild package besides having the weather stripping replaced. Bob explained everything to me clearly, was very professional and did not pressure me to buy anything and helped me make the best choice in our situation. I had my garage door serviced on Saturday. I had originally called for a garage door opener to be installed, little did I know you need to have the door serviced on occasion.
