Technician Bob Dressler was on time, professional and offered various options to accomplish the repairs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, rollers, cables, etc.) as the door and related equipment were 18 years old. Work was completed quickly with no issues.

The tech. that came to my home was Rob he went through the list of things the company offers and explained what was included for each package. I appreciated the honesty of the guys I dealt with from purchase to installation. I had a new garage door opener installed with springs and rollers. The opener is a belt drive very quick and quiet. I will be calling them back in the spring to replace my rear garage door that has seen better days. ( old wooden door).

A nice and very informative technician came to fix my garage door. After inspecting it he gave me some advice about the door and three options, fix what was broken, upgrade some of the parts, or a brand new door. I went with the first option as I needed the door fixed that day. While I can appreciate that this is a business and you must make a profit, $160.92 is way too much money for the service performed and there is no warranty on the work. The technician put the wheel back in the track, put in one screw and checked all the others on the door. Total labor time was under 10 minutes. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

I called Precision to have the weather stripping replaced on our door. When Bob came out he did a safety check and uncovered some major problems with the door. I ended up getting the gold rebuild package besides having the weather stripping replaced. Bob explained everything to me clearly, was very professional and did not pressure me to buy anything and helped me make the best choice in our situation. I had my garage door serviced on Saturday. I had originally called for a garage door opener to be installed, little did I know you need to have the door serviced on occasion. I chose Precision mainly because of its good reputation, but also because they provide good service. I called Precision at 6:45 in the morning and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. The technician was at my house at 8:45 a.m. Besides being very polite, he was very thorough and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand it. Unfortunately, I needed a new door, but in no way did he influence me in any way. He let me make my own decision. For a rating, I would give him five stars...

Nice technicians who come to your house, but awful policies. We bought a top of the line garage door, and less than a year later, there were noises. We called Precision, they sent someone out and then insisted on charging $150 plus tax for very minimal service. While I can appreciate that it is a business and not everything should be free, $150 is way too much money for the service performed. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

Excellent service. We noticed our garage door spring we broken at noon on a Saturday and could not get service on a weekend from the large well know garage door companies in Western New York. Precision Door completed the repairs by 2:00 PM the same day. The operator, Robert was very knowledgeable and too great care to explain all options and he was not hard selling me. He answered all my questions. I am now confident that the garage door will be safe to operate for many years and will not become a hazard to anyone. We use it every day multiple times wish I had it serviced earlier now that I understand how important it is to install better parts and maintain it. Thank you.

Our door had been ‘fixed’ a year ago so when it broke this time and I was able to see what had been done, I knew I wasn’t calling the same place again. Rob was out on 6/17 to check our door. He explained what had to be done. We had the old Wayne Dalton set up on both garage doors which were problems from day 1.
