I have to say that I'm not easily impressed but Bob D. was great. On time, polite and efficient. From our first phone call at 7 a.m. this morning til Bob very impressed. We are going to get a new door because are's cannot be fixed unless we want to deal with Hamburg Doors and that is not a option. It's nice to see a company run so well. Set an appointment yesterday. Rob was our Tech and he showed up promptly between the Window of time given. He was able to fix the issue with our Garage even though the underlying problem remained a mystery. He was very professional and did not mislead me with any information on what he was fixing and what the problem was. Highly recommend their service, very upfront on costs and very professional.

I chose Percision from a recent commercial I saw on TV. I called today to make an appointment at 9:30Am. I set the appointment from 10AM to 2pm. Bob was at my house by 11AM. I was advised what the problem was and Bob explained why I was having the problem. He went through all of my options by piece and offered a rebuild. The rebuild made the most sense because it inncluded everything I need plus came with a warranty. Rob completed the job was very professional, freindly and polite.

Had a 4pm appointment and repair person called at 3:50pm to let us know that he was on his way. Arrived a few minutes later. Extremely happy about arrival time because did not have to wait. Was given estimate over the phone but additional work was needed. Explained what was needed, why it was needed and the cost. Very satisfied with cost and repair. Would recommend to all.

Rob was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about him personally and about the service of this company. We called with an urgent issue and they sent someone right out that afternoon/evening. Rob called when he was in his way and came well within the window they gave us . He was friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable about what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell us and we were comfortable right away that we were being taken care of by the right person and company. After we settled on a plan, he got right to work and had our repair completed in a timely and efficient manner. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt confident that we understood the work he’d done and how we needed to maintain the door going forward. After telling us over and over to let him know if we needed anything to make sure we were happy with our door, he wished us a happy holiday. What a great person. And what great service. Our door works well and it’s good to know we have a strong company and a guarantee to back up the investment we made.

I called Precision on November 8, 2018 thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. They were able to come to my house to repair my garage door opener the same day...they actually installed a new garage door system for my mom right before working on my garage unit! Rob was very nice and personable. I would certainly use Precision in the future!

On a Saturday afternoon, the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door and a service technician was at our house within 2 hours, and it wasn't even an emergency call for service. Rob from Precision did a complete inspection of the door and explained what should be replaced, and the cost of repairs. We opted to go with a rebuild package, which carried a 7 year warranty on parts and labor. Rob did a great job with the repairs, showed us some damaged parts that would have failed had they not been replaced, and was very thorough. Rob represents your company extremely well, and is a great asset to Precision Garage Door. I definitely would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

He checked the entire door system out, which turned out to be a good thing since the door cables were frayed and the bearings were worn. He gave me with several options to choose from to address the issues. He was also very efficient.

I needed a complete single rebuilt package. I bought my house 5 years ago and I have no idea how old the garage door opener was. I was sure the opener was on borrowed time. Called 8:30am. on a Friday, to replace broken safety sensor, promised between 10:00-12::00, technician called at 9:00, here at 9:15 all done by 9:45.
