Our garage door decided to break on the closest day of the year. In calling places for repairs (especially on a Sunday), Precision answered their phones. I explained the problem and they said they would be out about noon the next day. They called and were there at 10am. Told me the problems, gave me a price and fixed it within 1 1/2 hr. Talked about a new door, and will take amount of repair bill off door and installation. Great job

While there were several delays getting the correct doors, it was well worth waiting. Bill was our installer and we could not ask for someone to be so pleasant and technically competent. I called Precision to have them double-check the garage door work that I had done by another local garage door company. Within 4 hours of my call to Precision, Pat M. called to let me know he when he expected to arrive. When he arrived he answered all my questions and said that the door was working well and that he didn't see anything that needed addressing immediately. There was no pressure selling at all. The difference between the poor customer service of the other company and Pat's professionalism was night and day. It's also nice to know that I can call Precision day or night for any garage door repair needs we have in the future.

I had a power surge in my neighborhood and the result was my garage door opener was fried. I called another well known garage door company and although I was not impressed with my initial phone call I decided to stick with them because a few friends of mine had good results using this company. After telling them my problem and exchanging some information with them, I waited for a call back from them because that's what they said was standard procedure, when they finally called me back four days later they said it would take ten days to come to my house. Frustrated, I decided to call Precision and the service I received from that point on was second to none. Meagan took my call and made me feel like she was helping out one of her family members. The technician Robert was able to come down that day and install a new garage door opener and new springs. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Precision. I have had some issues with the my garage door since, which had nothing to do with the Precision install but the fact that I just have an old garage door. Once again, the day I called, within a few hours someone was able to come down and correct the issue at no charge. Any good business owner knows that word of mouth is the best advertisement you can get, and I go out of my way to tell people about my experience with Precision. I give them a five star rating and when I'm ready to get a new garage door I look forward to my phone call and excellent service I will receive from them.

I came home from several errands and a few minutes after I parked the car in the garage we heard a loud noise. The right side spring on our 16 foot garage door had snapped. I called Precision and the service man was here in just under three hours. He replaced both springs, as I knew he would have to, explained why and after both springs were done he went over every piece of hardware on the door to be sure all were snug and secure. He illustrated how a garage door can be checked for balance, greased fittings as needed, saw the door was moving smoothly and then reattached the garage door opener and checked the chain. Great job in about an hours time, came in uniform, with a well marked truck went over all pricing and cleaned up after. I was very satisfied with his work and ordered two new side trim pieces with weatherproofing as the old ones were quite worn.
