This business is awesome! I called Precision Friday morning regarding my garage door opener not working. I was lucky to get an appt. that afternoon. I was told that a tech would be here between noon and 4:oo pm. Well at 12:05 Mike showed up and he was excellent! Mike was friendly and explained what was wrong and that he could repair /replace the opener. Well within an hour I had a new opener and I decided to get a new garage door. (price was right) Mike is very friendly and had the knowledge to assist me in replacing the opener and making a choice for the new door. A great big THANK YOU to Mike and Precision.

While the technician who installed our garage door and motor (Michael Holbok) was very friendly and did an excellent job. Lost my business because individual who gave us the information did not take the time to tell us anything about the door or the opener he was quoting or any alternative options. Nor did we get any kind of breakdown on the cost of the door and the opener, just gave us a total.
