I received a flyer in the mail from Precision door and decided to give them a call. I was surprised when the receptionist said a representative could come to my home on Sunday. He did - and he was wonderful! Michael Holbok was so friendly, efficient and professional. I was very impressed. The product (new garage doors and rails) look wonderful and the price is very competitive. I am calling another company for an estimate so I can compare. You will hear from me again soon. Thank you! I first heard about Precision through Angie's List when a Big Deal was offered for tune-up and new rollers. I looked into the background of the company and was overwhelmed by their A+ ratings and terrific comments. So, I purchased the Big Deal and was not disappointed in the least. It was easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was friendly. Patrick came out, explained to me the work to be done, and went right to work. He, fortunately for me, found no problems other than the rollers needing to be replaced. Work was done speedily and he took the time to open and close door several times in my presence to make sure all was acceptable. I was having problems with one of my remotes, and he even took the time to look at it for me, at no additional charge. Door works great now, with no grinding noises. I would highly recommend this company and Patrick as well.

Michael is a great technician. I have used him in the past and is very professional and dedicated. I had an on going issue with a door opener and they replaced it with no issues. Anthony understands that the customer MUST be happy and treated with respect and this is how he seems to be running Precision Doors.

I was very please with the whole process Prescision Door Service had to offer. Mike my tech called to leave me a message that he was running late due to his schedule. I thought this was awesome that he made time to do a follow up call. When Mike was on site his quality of trouble shooting a solution was 10 out of 10 performance. He answered all my questions and completed the whole job quickly. I was very please with his work. Awesome job!!! I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. Great Job!!!

Mike called prior to arrival and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be replaced and why. He was clean quick and nice. He was also very patient as I asked all my questions. In addition to replacing all the broken parts, Mikes took the time to assess and tweak the overall garage door functions.

A dire need occurred on a Friday evening at 7PM when the spring on my garage broke. The company that installed my motor in 2011 does not have evening, weekend, or emergency hours. I took a dinosaur the Buffalo telephone book and flipped to garages, I seen a big ad with an Amherst number and phoned. To my surprise they were open and she was able to schedule me for the next day (Saturday between 12-4PM). The next day, Michael, the technician phone me a little after 11AM and stated he finished his precious job early and that he was on his way. Michael explained that I needed all new moving parts which would be considered a rebuild, I DID NOT need a new door (door was in good condition). I left him to do his job as I continued mine in the house. Once completed he showed and explained everything that was done and what I needed to do to keep it functioning properly to last many years. I was very pleased with the work and the honesty and integrity Michael represented. Thank you Precision you have my business and hopefully all those that seen your truck in the Condo Complex. AP

We purchased the Garage Door Maintenance with Nylon Roller Replacement that was offered by AAA at a discount for $XXX. Precision Door was very professional, they made an immediate appointment. Mike called before he came and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He and his colleague changed the rollers and checked the rest of the door, opener and springs. They lubed everything and then explained about certain issues with the existing equipment. Mike never tried to up-sell me or pressure me into buying anything more than I contracted for. I asked him questions about a new opener and new spring system if needed and he was very forthright again without being pushy. I had a very nice experience with Mike and Precision Door.

Mike came to help me on Saturday 4/12. First I was surprised I could get help on a Saturday which I was very thankful for. I could not get out of my garage due to a broken coil so I surely did not want to be housebound for the weekend. So he came in a timely manner and fixed my door. He was pleasant, thorough and explained everything to me before he began his service. He pointed out additional problems which would probably show them in the foreseeable future and was able to correct them too. I was totally satisfied with Precision Door
