Needed to replace my 20 year old garage door after it froze to the ground and called Precision Door. The technician made a temporary fix (at no charge) while my door was being manufactured. The tech that installed to door was efficient and friendly. We did have an issue with my old sensors, but they replaced them at no charge and my door is now functioning perfectly. Thanks!

What a pleasant experience. Mark came over yesterday to measure the door, was so polite and new exactly what I wanted and explained the differences between insulated vs. non insulated. He spoke to my husband about trimming around the door and he made notes to address this additional feature which can only be done in the later spring when it is warmer. Can't wait for our new door!

I have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with their service. I recently had a problem with my garage door not closing properly and had a serviceman come out. The wire for the pulley had come off and got twisted. This was probably something I could have easily done myself if I was handy. The serviceman was literally here 5 minutes. I was charged the full price of a service charge, 80 some dollars with tax. I believe a good business practice would have been to have been comped for this very minor repair, or at least to have been given some type of discount. I will think twice before using Precision again in the future.

I called for service in July and in replacing the opener to newer version with digital keypad I also asked for a new door gasket to keep snow out. This last did not get completed. gust 20th between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Patrick M did not show up until 12:30 I specifically told the lady when I made the appointment that I must be out of my house by noon for a golf date and Sheridan which I missed. I think you have to come up with a better communication system between the customer and the employee that's coming to the house I was told her there was a delay I would be called and I would have canceled my appointment for a different date but I ended up canceling my golf outing which I'm not happy about but it all ended okay Patrick was very courteous and professional and I am having a new garage door installed in 4 to 6 weeks

Mr. Geary, I am so pleased with the service I have received from your company and your technician Pat Murrett that I will surely keep your phone number handy for the future and make sure my family and friends know the good service I received. It started from the call I made at 8:30 Sat. am and was told that I could expect service between 9:00 - 11:00. At around 9:30 Pat called and said that he would be at the house in 20 min. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and made the the best most economical repair recommendation. This is an exceptional company. I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday to eliminate a noise problem. Pat Murrett was my technician today and eliminated the noise by replacing the chain rail. Great Job Pat. To my surprise, the replacement was under warranty, which Precision honored. Not only will I continue to call Precision to service my garage but I've told others to do the same. The one thing I noticed was that the same technicians are working for the company since I had my door installed - very little turnover (if any) means the company is great to work for and even better for their customers!!
