We chose Precision Garage Doors because of their Lifetime Guarantee, quality products, quick response to our needs and follow up. Precision also offered to put on a temporary spring so we could still use our garage door while we were waiting for our new door to be ordered and installed. This was a huge benefit to us. We highly recommend doing business with Precision Garage Door!

I would highly recommend this company. They came out within a couple of hours of my call to them. Patrick Murrett was the technician that came out to my home to fix my garage door. He fully explained what was wrong and what my options were. He was very professional and courteous.

Service is excellent! This was the second time we used Precision Door. They are very quick to respond, even on the weekend! After attempting to program new garage door remotes, we found that not only would they not work but our old ones now didn't work either. We called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and were pleased to get a person, not an answering machine. The serviceman came at the promised time on Monday and discovered that we'd bought the wrong remotes. He had the right kind in his vehicle, though, and very soon everything was programmed and working again. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Precision had previously serviced my garage door in 2011 and provided a lifetime warrant for their services. A tension spring broke yesterday so I called Precision again to repair the tension spring. Pat showed up on time, replaced the tensions springs and cables and ensured everything was aligned properly. Pat was very professional and courteous and should be commended for his service. Thank you precision and I would definitely recommend you to others.

Pat was very good. He was on time, took 1 1/2 hour to complete the 3 doors.very nice and communicated with me. The only thing I have to say is the price was a little high, and on page 2 of the invoice that is not my initials. Thank you.
These are electronic signatures and initials that you or whomever digitally signed with your finger upon completion of payment of work. So yes, the penmanship is not great, but they are your initials.

Pat my service technician was great. He listened to my problem, assessed the issue. Did an inspection and offered me 3 solutions to resolve the problem. He further advised me about the useful life of my garage door and my LiftMaster opener. Extremely helpful. Work was done within the time he said. Highly recommend Precision. Will use them in the future.

I saw their commercial on tv the night before my spring broke on the garage door and decided to call them. I called at 8:00 in the morning and was told they would be here between 8 and 12. At 8:15 their technician Pat called to let me know he was on his way. He was here at 8:40 with a smile, great attitude and very friendly. He gave me 3 options and prices. Pat replaced my springs, rollers, cables and bar. He was absolutely amazing as was the girl that scheduled it. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to have anything done with garage doors. Very prompt, efficient, friendly and smooth transaction.
