Pat has been with Precision for over a decade now and you'll find me handling most door inquiries as well as in the field tending to customers concerns. He was born in Syracuse and raised in Cheektowaga New York. He attended Erie County Community College and then traveled to Florida to provide hurricane relief with FEMA. He lives in Amherst with his wife and together we have a beautiful daughter. Pat spends his spare time with his daughter playing sports.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. From the pleasant helpful receptionist on the phone to meeting and working with my technician Patrick. I was delighted that they could accommodate my request for help within 24 hours even though it was a Sunday!! It was extra comforting that they sent photos of the service techs ahead by email so I could feel safe. Bravo!! Great company- I love I'll call them again and recommend to my family and friends.

I am very surprised at the quick response. I called on Sunday around 3pm and Technician Patrick was here on Monday 8am and he installed the door opener within 2 hours. Good job, Patrick was courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted to install door opener. Price was reasonable for the quality of the equipment & service provided.

I am extremely pleased with my first experience with Precision Door. They were prompt and arrived when they said that they would be there. The Technician, Pat M., that repaired the broken spring on my garage door was very courteous and professional. Five star rating. Tried several of your competitors and got nowhere. Your man made a new lock for an old door fit and work so quickly. Price was reasonable. He had extra drilling to do.
