I just had my garage door installed, it was worth the wait!! It makes the house look better. The gentlemen who came to install the door were very pleasant, courteous and professional. If I had another door that needed work I would request them!! If you need work call Precision!!!

Installer did a great job. Was clean and done quickly. They gave us suggestions to fix issues we had with our garage door opener and safety eyes. Couldn't fix the door opener as it is not under their job responsibility but did give us suggestions which was great. Safety eyes he installed new with the garage door but also gave tips for future.

Although we had to wait for installation during this pandemic time, the complete installation went spectacularly well! We had the entire garage door, motor, mechanisms and remotes replaced. The men were quiet, worked efficiently, answered questions when we had some, and overall were respectful. Explained the workings of the door, motor and remotes fully, with demonstrations. Double checked their work, swept up, carried away the old door with scraps and actually cleaned the new door and all workings before leaving our residence! We highly recommend and promote this business!

We love our new door, its absolutely beautiful. We ordered a carriage door in a two tone of white and hunter green with windows. My appointment yesterday was between 12 and 2 pm. 10 minutes after 12 my tech Travis called said he would be there in five minutes. When Travis showed up he introduced himself immediately explained what he was going to be doing and started working. Four hours later the job was done to perfection . His work was exceptional he cleared out all of the debris explained everything to me in a very gentlemanly way. I would highly recommend Travis and precision door company.

Beautiful door and professional company. Travis was our technician and did a wonderful job. A day later, the door wouldn't close and they came back and made some adjustments and it works fine now. Disappointed to find out they charged us $75 for a service call when we just spent $2,200 on a brand new door and it wasn't our fault the door wouldn't close.

I live in the Village of Sloan and just had a single and double garage doors installed with new garage openers. Travis our technician and his partner were very courteous and knowledgeable and arrived on time as scheduled.. They took down the old doors and removed them when they left. They installed the new ones and were very precise in their workmanship. They explained the operation of the doors and made sure I understood the way they worked. When completed they made sure everything was cleaned up and all the old material was removed. The professionalism from the time I called until the everything was completed was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.
