Patrick was personable and consultative when showing me options for new doors. Currently, I am doing a complete remodel, so the purchase will be put off until that is completed. In the meantime he fixed my old door which was jammed, in under 20 minutes. It is such a relief to be able to use that door with contractors coming and going. Thank you Patrick!

Right now we can only comment on the sales tech that visited with us this morning. Pat was punctual. He was very thorough and did his preliminary measuring quickly. Upon sitting down to discuss the various options with us he was knowledgeable and well spoken. It was a pleasure to have him describe the options. We cannot comment on the installation crew at this time. Tell Pat he did a good job.

I've had my garage door for two year, I love it, it's, quiet, functional and attractive, and a life time warranty, can't beat that! This is the first time I've had Precision come since it was installed, just for a tune up and that will be good for at least 10 years, that is peace of mind for me. My technician, was prompt, and knowledgeable. A good product and a good company.

The technician showed up on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He examined my garage door and showed and explained each issue with me. He was up front and honest. Cable snapped on side of garage door, unable to open.Called Precision for service and a price on new cables. A technician arrived shortly.l showed him the problem and he proceeded to point out all the things wrong with the door and how unsafe it was , including the wrong size springs for this size door. He also committed on the terrible work any other technician has done in the past on my door and he is so much better than them, including techs. he works with.$868 later the door goes up and down SO MUCH SAFER. Also there is senior discount which was never mentioned.

I am a repeat customer of Precision Garage Door Service . The Serviceman Daniel Sayre was excellent explaining what was wrong with my existing garage door opener and what options I had. I choose to replace my unit with what Daniel recommended a PDS 800 DC OPENER W/2 REMOTES AND KEYPAD. The opener he recommended runs so quite you can't hear it. Great Job Again!!!!

I was definitely disappointed in the cost of the repair to my garage door. I will definitely look else where the next time I need my garage door repaired. Another thing that made me wary was the repair man kept saying the the repair is warranted for exactly 1 year not one day later which makes me wonder how long this repair will last. The cost was exorbitant will not use again.

Nancy, thank you for taking the time to review us. The option you chose to fix your door was the lowest cost option available, and competitive when compared to our competitors. Your door was purchased through another company and only 5 years old. The springs were broken. This is not a good indication of a high quality door. Our recommendation would be to upgrade to a better spring with a better warranty. I am confident the springs we put on your door will last longer than one year, however our recommendation would be to upgrade the existing parts on the door that we can tell will be an issue going forward.
