Found your company on the internet. I was looking for a company to repair the opener arm that dislodged from the door. I called and was given a price of $69.00 for a service calll that would be waived if repaired. A repairman (Dan) came that morning. He explained the issue and pointed the condition of the door. It was cracked at the top, brackets at bottom of door totally rusted, cables rusted and rollers need replacing. If just reattach the "arm" cost would be $150.00 for service call and labor. I was surprised as I had been quoted the Service charge would be waived if repaired. He pointed out the date on the door was from 1988 (33 years old) and the opener (Craftsman was 2000..21 years old.) I had previously replaced both cables twice in the past 4-5 years. Dan quoted me $1500.00 for a complete repllacement including door, opener, labor and no tax. Concidering the age and condition of the door I agreed to replacing everything . Dan fixed the arm that came loose so I could use the opener until the new equipment was installed. I was most appreciative that the service call and labor was waived for the repair. An appointment was made for 5/13/2021. New garage door, garage opener and all associated equipment was installed by Mike. I was extremely impressed with Mike's workmanship. He worked diligently for 4 hours and I was completely satisfied with the final results. He explained in detail the do's and don'ts of the new operating door and opener and answered all my questions. He really did GOOD work!! Everything looked so neat and new and nothing was left behind. Old door and opener was carted away and garage was left very tidy and clean. Thank You!

I called Precision around 11:30 and Jeremy and Sean were there before 1:00 to repair my door. The spring and cables were broken. Jeremy and Sean were amazing. Very friendly, kind and professional. As with mostly everyone, the suddenly loud and unexpected sound after closing the garage door brings immediate anxiety to the souls of our wallets! Having this occur during winter magnifies that feeling. This happened to my home recently... And knowing no one else to call I conducted an internet search and came across Precision Door. The customer service folks were friendly, professional and answered all my questions up front. I received a text and then a call from the technical Jeremy Pencils before he arrived. He arrived right on time and being a former Marine, being on time is essential! Jeremy assessed the situation and throughly went over the repair work. Provided some recommendations but was never pushy or tried to sell me anything extra. He arrived wearing PPE (essential during these times) and completed the work in about an hour I was extremely and completely satisfied with the customer service of this company, the professionalism of the technician and the quality of the work done! Dan arrived promptly at 8:00. He reviewed the condition of the door and opener pointing out that the door was an old model. He pointed out a broken spring and also pointed out and offered to replace other parts (rollers) that could be replaced. I chose to only replace the broken springs and he quoted me a price for the service. I agreed and he quickly replaced the parts that needed to be replace3d and also replaced some missing bolts that was causing the door to have an erratic movement. Finally he explained some maintenance alternatives to keep the old parts from needing to be replaced in the near future. I will abide by his recommendations. Thanks.

Having used Precision Door Service at our previous house we did not hesitate to call your company when our garage door would not open at this house. I called at 7:00am and after giving some information to the rep. that answered the phone I was pleasantly surprised when she said that someone would be out that day between 8:00am & noon. I was equally surprised when Daniel called and said he would be arriving at around 8:20am. When Daniel arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem; gave us 3 possible options & a recommendation. Choosing option #2 he quickly went to work and installed a new rail, opener, interior and exterior pads and 2 new safety beams. From start to finish approximately an hour. Daniel was very informative, professional and neat. I will not hesitate to recommend your company and Daniel. Job well done.

The office staff was great & patient when I called to set up the appointment and to have a receipt sent to my email after all. Jeremy came, was friendly, I told him what was happening.
