Today I had my garage door serviced by your company. I called in the morning and by 1:00 pm a service technician was at my home. I explained the problem and your technician was able to give me a reason why I was having the issue and what it would take to fix it. He gave me a quote right away. He was very professional, had the job done in under an hour and cleaned up where he was working. He demonstrated the door operation and tested it multiple times to be sure it was working properly. He even took the time to spray the rollers with some silicone to make them roll smoother. I would recommend your company and your service technician to anyone.

I prefer Precision over the other garage door repairs I've had in the past - the Techs are prompt, always on time, polite and professional - I trust their expertise to know exactly what needs to be done and get it done quickly and efficiently - my most recent repair done by Jeremy & really, you could not find a nicer guy - he checked everything out thoroughly and was patient and respectable toward me as a senior with a severe hearing impairment. You pay for quality parts and service is top of the line. I recommend Precision to anyone whose garage door needs parts, repair, whatever you need and as customers, we want service ASAP...we got it, and what a relief to get that garage door open again !! I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of your employees. Pat Murrett temporarily fixed my old garage door until my new Precision door is in installed. I received both a call and a text letting me know that Pat was on his way. I enjoy watching someone work who knows exactly what he is doing and does it with a smile. You can tell that Pat is a people person and enjoys what he does and he did a great job in no time at all! I have used another service but thought I would try Precision based on the reviews. My tech Dan did a great job, neat and cleaned up. Explained everything. The only issue I had was a part that needed replacing but before I approved it was replaced and the cost was a lot more than what I could have replaced it for -about $180. Bill- Mgr. called me and stated he would adjust the cost. Bill is the reason I would recommend Precision over any other. Thanks Team.

You might be able to find a better price, but you won’t find better service (or warranty). Same day appointment, friendly, and skilled technician...I was very pleased. Eric was fantastic. I have never had a garage door go up and down so quietly! If you want the best, then call Precision.

We based our decision to choose Precision Garage Door Service based on positive reviews and ratings as well the informational website. We have never had an automatic door opener for our garage and decided it was time to get one. We called to get an estimate. Someone came out in a timely manner . The gentlemen was polite and very informative. He was able to install the garage door opener immediately . We were very pleased with the job and the service! Patrick was personable and consultative when showing me options for new doors. Currently, I am doing a complete remodel, so the purchase will be put off until that is completed. In the meantime he fixed my old door which was jammed, in under 20 minutes. It is such a relief to be able to use that door with contractors coming and going. Thank you Patrick!

I've had my garage door for two year, I love it, it's, quiet, functional and attractive, and a life time warranty, can't beat that! This is the first time I've had Precision come since it was installed, just for a tune up and that will be good for at least 10 years, that is peace of mind for me. My technician, was prompt, and knowledgeable. A good product and a good company.

Boris came out to give us an estimate for a new garage door. He was professional and most helpful. We ordered a new door but we had to have our current door repaired. Boris took care of scheduling Pat to come out the next day. Pat came out to repair the door and he was very nice. Pat repaired the door so we can use it while we are waiting for our new door. I selected Precision because of the selection your company offers.
