Excellent work and service! My garage door unexpectedly broke at 4:00 pm and wouldn’t open more than a foot. I called Precision and my call was answered immediately. Jeremy called back within 5 minutes after I scheduled service to say that he was on his way. He explained what needed to be done and obviously knew his stuff. He finished the job in less than an hour and a half and the door is actually working better than ever! Couldn’t be more satisfied with Precision. Highly recommend them!

Our door service was done in a very professional manner. The technician quickly determined the problem and provided my options from which I was able to pick from. Excellent ! Professional, Friendly. The guys worked together to get three doors installed in one day! They removed and loaded up all the old doors,motors etc,for disposal. Cleaned up after the jobs were done. Highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your door needs.

Boris came out to give us an estimate for a new garage door. He was professional and most helpful. We ordered a new door but we had to have our current door repaired. Boris took care of scheduling Pat to come out the next day. Pat came out to repair the door and he was very nice. Pat repaired the door so we can use it while we are waiting for our new door. I selected Precision because of the selection your company offers.

Today I had my garage door serviced by your company. I called in the morning and by 1:00 pm a service technician was at my home. I explained the problem and your technician was able to give me a reason why I was having the issue and what it would take to fix it. He gave me a quote right away. He was very professional, had the job done in under an hour and cleaned up where he was working. He demonstrated the door operation and tested it multiple times to be sure it was working properly. He even took the time to spray the rollers with some silicone to make them roll smoother. I would recommend your company and your service technician to anyone.

I prefer Precision over the other garage door repairs I've had in the past - the Techs are prompt, always on time, polite and professional - I trust their expertise to know exactly what needs to be done and get it done quickly and efficiently - my most recent repair done by Jeremy & really, you could not find a nicer guy - he checked everything out thoroughly and was patient and respectable toward me as a senior with a severe hearing impairment. You pay for quality parts and service is top of the line. I recommend Precision to anyone whose garage door needs parts, repair, whatever you need and as customers, we want service ASAP...we got it, and what a relief to get that garage door open again !! I have used another service but thought I would try Precision based on the reviews. My tech Dan did a great job, neat and cleaned up. Explained everything. The only issue I had was a part that needed replacing but before I approved it was replaced and the cost was a lot more than what I could have replaced it for -about $180. Bill- Mgr. called me and stated he would adjust the cost. Bill is the reason I would recommend Precision over any other. Thanks Team.

You might be able to find a better price, but you won’t find better service (or warranty). Same day appointment, friendly, and skilled technician...I was very pleased. Eric was fantastic. I have never had a garage door go up and down so quietly! If you want the best, then call Precision.

Had an issue with my door not closing, turned out to be that a cable unwound itself. I called up Precision, and within an hour or so, they had someone out to take a look. The technician Eric was able to quickly explain the issue, and some of the typical causes. Eric was also able to suggest some adjustments on my garage door opener and went above and beyond to do the repair work correctly. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
