It all began when our 18yo garage door started having issues. My husband called, spoke with a "pleasant and knowledgable" representative. Assessment & repair scheduled next morning. Mario was thorough, pleasantly professional & spot on with his repair. New door & opener ordered. Jessie & Matt did the installation and the pleasant, professional manner continued. From start to finish, I say 'well done' to all. If everyone I encounter are consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, professional , the work is performed in the same manner. Precision door can be proud of all those we encountered. Kudos to all!

Technician, Daniel S, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and completed the repair and replacement of all worn parts. Necessary parts were upgraded, as needed, to ensure a prolonged future period of trouble free usage. Eric and Ben once more came to the rescue. After the great job they did last week at my daughter's house, fixing her busted garage, they came to my house and repaired my failing garage door. They were great and so efficient and polite... and fun! Great job guys

Daniel Sayre arrived within the hour of my call, about my garage door opening and shutting by itself. He went over things it could be and re-set remote from cars, and indoor garage door opener. Also checked wiring for any cuts. As of now, so far everything is good. He was very professional. My only question is when I first called, I was told, it would be a $69 service charge and if they found something, that needed to be fixed,that would come of the bill and I would just have to pay for parts that I needed. I was billed for 1 hour service at $149. I did not think of that until the my wife asked me, what happened to the $69 charge. Other then that, very professional from start to finish, and would recommend. Thanks, Mark.

Hi Mark, The fee of $69 is waived with repair. Dan spent over an hour at your house tryin to fix your issue and making adjustments. The service was successful and our hourly rate is $149. Let us know when you need service again.

Wow! Had door problems on a Thursday night, and the Precision Team was out to my house the next day to evaluate. Eric reviewed the situation and we discussed options with no pressure. I made the decision to replace my old door opener (it was 25 years old, after all!) and he put in a new unit in a little over an hour. No fuss, no muss, just a good job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again (if I need to!)

I contacted Precision through the chat feature on the web site. I had no difficulty communicating what was needed - an estimate on a garage door opener replacement. Cost was presented up front and a technician could come same day. When Mario (technician) arrived, he explained what might be in greatest need of replacement and different price points for repair. I chose the mid-level garage door opener, which he had available on his truck. He got to work right away and promptly completed the installation. He explained the new features when he was done. I was highly satisfied with my experience, and would definitely recommend Precision and Mario for any garage door work you need.
