Wow! Had door problems on a Thursday night, and the Precision Team was out to my house the next day to evaluate. Eric reviewed the situation and we discussed options with no pressure. I made the decision to replace my old door opener (it was 25 years old, after all!) and he put in a new unit in a little over an hour. No fuss, no muss, just a good job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again (if I need to!)

I contacted Precision through the chat feature on the web site. I had no difficulty communicating what was needed - an estimate on a garage door opener replacement. Cost was presented up front and a technician could come same day. When Mario (technician) arrived, he explained what might be in greatest need of replacement and different price points for repair. I chose the mid-level garage door opener, which he had available on his truck. He got to work right away and promptly completed the installation. He explained the new features when he was done. I was highly satisfied with my experience, and would definitely recommend Precision and Mario for any garage door work you need.

I chose Precision based on all of their reviews and ratings and am happy that I did! Communication with the company was excellent, as it also was with my Technician, Bob D. Everything was explained up front (service options, costs, etc.) and there was no "selling"--he let me choose without pressure. That's a rarity in today's world based on my experience. I feel that the quality of the work done was excellent and the price was extremely fair. I'll recommend Precision for sure!

My wife and I were in dire need of our garage door fixed last night 1/24/2020. I googled overhead door and yours popped up first. It was very convenient to actually chat with a live person and explain our situation. It was absolutely easy to set up an appointment with a reasonable time frame. The next morning, I was greeted with a text from your place saying Dan (had a picture of him) would be calling me shortly. He did just that, and arrived by 0800. He was very easy to talk with and work with. He at first stated I would need to replace my garage door. But after a second look, he thought he would be able to salvage my unit. He replaced parts as he went along and explained why they needed fixing, mostly because they were bent. He installed a Boeing arm and once the unit was completely put back in, it worked better than before. The price was right. The explanation was thorough. Dan was great to work with. If needed in the future, we will call your first. Thanks again.
