My appointment yesterday was between 12 and 2 pm. 10 minutes after 12 my tech Travis called said he would be there in five minutes. When Travis showed up he introduced himself immediately explained what he was going to be doing and started working. Four hours later the job was done to perfection . His work was exceptional he cleared out all of the debris explained everything to me in a very gentlemanly way. I would highly recommend Travis and precision door company.

Had a call in for service which ended up being a new opener (I kinda figured I would need a new motor). Eric showed me options, I made selection but he ran into a problem. Problem was resolved but it did result in a labor charge for me..not unexpected. He explained all details, whys and wherefores of what I should do and what had to be done. He was very professional and admittedly took pride in his work. Will not hesitate to call again should I decide to remedy any options I chose not to do today.

It all began when our 18yo garage door started having issues. My husband called, spoke with a "pleasant and knowledgable" representative. Assessment & repair scheduled next morning. Mario was thorough, pleasantly professional & spot on with his repair. New door & opener ordered. Jessie & Matt did the installation and the pleasant, professional manner continued. From start to finish, I say 'well done' to all. If everyone I encounter are consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, professional , the work is performed in the same manner. Daniel Sayre arrived within the hour of my call, about my garage door opening and shutting by itself. He went over things it could be and re-set remote from cars, and indoor garage door opener. Also checked wiring for any cuts. As of now, so far everything is good. He was very professional. My only question is when I first called, I was told, it would be a $69 service charge and if they found something, that needed to be fixed,that would come of the bill and I would just have to pay for parts that I needed. I was billed for 1 hour service at $149. I did not think of that until the my wife asked me, what happened to the $69 charge. Other then that, very professional from start to finish, and would recommend. Thanks, Mark.
