I was very happy that they had same day service calls. Rob did a wonderful job explaining our current door and the existing problems. We ended up purchasing a new garage door and he also did a great job going over everything with us. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

I couldn’t be happier with the service. Precision was the only place I called that answered the phone right away. Everwhere else I had to leave a voicemail. The door, which I was convinced was totally ruined, was fixed very quick and looks awesome. I was convinced that the door was a total loss. We went over the options for a new door and he was not pushy at all. The selection was great too. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the entire process. I made the appointment early a.m. was surprised that they could come out that morning. Mike H showed up on time and really knows garage doors. The door was creaky and operating roughly, the torsion spring broke (after 30yrs). Mike inspected all the parts and made sure I understood there function. He then offered three levels of service / repair. He had all the parts with him and completed work in about 2hrs. The door works as good as new now, smooth and quiet. Of course the cost was a little more than I expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Michael was very professional, friendly & efficient. He put my door in working order in a very timely manner. Michael took the time & effort to explain my problem & how to maintain my overhead door in the future. My pricing for the service call was very fair & I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Door Service to anyone looking to buy a new door or in need of service for one they owned.

24/7 service and weekend appointments prompted me to contact you. Your Customer Service Representative was very helpful, kind and courteous and was able to get a repairman dispatched to us on the same day (late Saturday afternoon). Robert contacted me prior to arriving at our home to give me an expected time of arrival and he actually arrived a few minutes early. Robert looked at the situation and explained what was going on and then gave us three repair options and he thoroughly explained each option and answered any questions we had pertaining to the repair. We chose Option #2 and Robert went right to work in the bitter cold and not very well lit circumstances and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently plus he identified a wiring problem with our remote access sensors and after speaking with his Supervisor gave us a great quote to come back and fix the wiring problem. Robert was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain all of the problems with resolutions and was able to quickly fix the problem in no time at all. He also explained what we would need to do to keep all of the new moving parts operating smoothly. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door (especially Robert) and will tell other friends and family about your outstanding service and the great experience I has with your company. The team that assisted me during these bone chilling temperatures so that we would be able to get my Mom to dialysis today (Monday) were awesome! The garage door when it goes up and down is very quiet sounding and works more smoothly. Can't thank you and your team enough for the assistance -- we are so grateful.

Great Service. Mario was the technician that fixed our door. He called ahead of the Appointment time to verify our address. He showed up on time and explained the service needed and how long it would take and different options to fix the problem. A great experience. if we have issues again with the door we will for sure look these guys up. The on-line appointment live chat worked great. Our door spring broke on New years eve and there was a person to make the appointment on-line with and the lady had plenty of times for me to choose that worked around my work schedule during the week. . No extra charge for a night appointment either.

One of the most responsive companies we've ever dealt with. There are a number of reasons: punctuality, clarified options, costs and previous dealings. The company rep (Pat) was a true gentleman, patient and very informative in assisting us in choosing a great door and assembly. Thanks Pat!

Installed our door and opener yesterday december 26th and it was a frigid day making the process harder than normal but the guys were undaunted and hard working. They did an ecceptional job under trying conditions. They were respectful and curteous in a day and age where that has dropped significantly. Kudos to you and your staff !!

You are the best home service company I have ever worked with regardless of industry. I will never call anyone else for anything that you do. My recent service call was just like others in the past - perfect. I have had you do bigger jobs like installing 2 new garage doors and other work just to repair a remote - every experience was top shelf and reasonably price. I will be a customer for life!

The garage door springs broke so the door wouldn’t open. I’d seen ads for Precision, so I called them. Mario came when promised and I couldn’t be happier. He was enngaging and personable, and he explained exactly what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it and not having it repeat. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The repairs were made within the stated timeframe, which means that Mario and Precision both realize that my time is valuable. I will definitely use them again should there ever be a need.
