The service tech did meet our expectations. He explained every item in detail & repaired the spring very efficiently. He was very professional & polite and my wife & I are very pleased with Precision - definitely a 5-star company.

Your technicians were very professional and took the time to review the problems with the existing garage door and made several recommendations. They informed me that the new garage door would take 4 weeks before installation and secured the existing damaged door to prevent an accident. I felt confident with Rob Dressler and his associate that a new OH door was necessary.and further bids were not necessary.

Excellent service. Kind and considerate to our needs. We had Overhead Door install a new door, and opener. Had it fixed, then replaced. It broke again and sent out a tech who knew nothing of what he was doing. Ssid they replaced the mother board, which they did not, they replaced a plastic part that drove the chain in and out. Overhead Door blamed malfunction issues on our electric setup. OMG... are they serious? They ssid since it was out of warranty they wouldn't replace it, but would give a estimate for another. They wouldn't do anything to help out. That's when I called your company to check out the problem. It was the mother board, nor the plastic part they put in. Long story short.... WE WILL NEVER CALL OR RECOMMEND OVERHEAD DOOR TO ANYONE. HOWEVER WE WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. I GIVE THE TECH %100 PLUS. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING SO QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS.

My brother recommended that I call Precision Door when my springs broke. I was trapped at home and needed a company who would be available quickly to do the work. After I called I was told that someone would be out the next morning. My technician was at my home by 7:45am the next day. He explained what needed to be repaired and work was completed in an hour. He was fantastic. I would refer this company to anyone who needs garage door service.

I just had a stellar experience with my Precision Garage door installation. Both their techs were friendly, pleasant, professional and open to sharing the installation experience. The quality of my new door floored me, the pictures didn't do it justice. The Techs took great care in every part of the process, asking my opinion and we're very concerned of my satisfaction. The technician was wonderful. I have a very old garage and needed a track fixed. He fixed the track and tuned up both doors. He gave me a very reasonable price for new doors but did not pressure me which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to Precision and ask for the same technician when I decide to get new doors.

All I wanted was a tune up on my garage door. Not window shop for 3 other options to upgrade maintenance. So, we didn't care for that. I mines well just buy a whole new garage door for those options.

A tune up consists of lubricating your door and making any possible adjustments to make it function better. In most cases there are not many adjustments that can be made and worn parts will need to be replaced. This will prevent your car from being trapped in your garage when your door breaks. It is up to you whether to head our recommendations, but we must make them regardless.

PRECISION's installation of our new garage door went smoothly and painless. Kudos to the installer TRAVIS, who did an amazing job...by himself. He was extremely professional ,courteous, and explained everything we needed to know! We considered another door company before deciding on PRECISION who was very competitive in pricing. Anyone considering a new door should seriously stop by PRECISION where they take the time to make you feel like they really want your business!

Apparently you didn't read/review what I originally wrote. I would not choose you and didn't. Your tech person, although personable----tried to spin and parley the simple cable repair into a $900 rebuild of all moving parts, or a new door for around $2K. I lost confidence in the honesty of what and how the door could be fixed.

We gave you 7 options to fix or replace your door ranging from $149 to fix your cables all the way up to replace the old wood door including a lifetime warranty. The decision is yours, we can only give recommendations. You chose to do nothing, I would suggest trying another company.

His expertise helped guide me to a selection that was perfect for our needs and in keeping with the style of our home. The installation was done by Ryan who was thorough and friendly. He provided clear and detailed instructions on maintenance and care for our new door and the door looks great!

Easy to schedule an appointment. Technician (Mike) was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get my garage door opener working again and explained the pros and cons of replacing it. I decided to replace it and he was able to install it within an hour. Great service!

I'm so sorry to say, bad experience! Price is too high, installed cheap products (opener). I wouldn't recommend!
