I choose Precision because they helped me with another problem I had earlier in the year with my garage door. I called Precision and just over an hour later Pat was at my door. Pat was wonderful! He found the problem within 5 minutes. I needed new springs and rollers. The work was completed in an hour. In the future, if I have any garage door issues, I will call Precision. Hopefully Pat will be available, a knowledgeable gentleman, a true asset to the business!

Thank you, thank you! I called first thing this morning, before 7am even! Patrick was sent to our house and arrived by 8:20am!! Such a nice serviceman, informative, and patient. He had our completely broken motor and garage door functioning and running better than it has in 6 years, in just a few short hours. He gave us our options and made the best one work for us. Really nice guy considering it was a "bigger" expense and issue for us than we were hoping. Thank you again for the fast, efficient, and kind service.

Just had our garage door repaired this morning. Called at 8am and they were at my house within 2 hours and had the job completed by 11:30am. Mario gave us a quote on three options and was very thorough in explaining each option. He had the parts with him and started to work immediately. The job was done efficiently and we were very satisfied with the results. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
