I called up their office at 3PM, and had a new garage door opener is installed by 8:30pm the very same day. Mario, the technician, called ahead, arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problems right away, explained the causes, and laid out all options, then went right to work. The old system was very noisy, and didn't even have the safety auto stop. Now, you can barely hear the door operating, even when standing right next to it! System comes with life time warranty, and includes two remotes, an outside keypad, and an inside wall control that doubles as a light switch, and has a 'vacation' switch (which can disable the remotes and outside unit, when you're away for extended periods of time).

Moved into a new home to find the garage door opener from the 1970s wasn't functioning well. Had Precision come out for an estimate and ultimately the installation of a new opener. My service was performed by Mario, who called me in advance, arrived on time, explained all the options and completed the work. No mess, no problems. Mario was a great tech, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely would recommend Precision, and Mario for any job.

We chose Precision Garage Doors because of their Lifetime Guarantee, quality products, quick response to our needs and follow up. Precision also offered to put on a temporary spring so we could still use our garage door while we were waiting for our new door to be ordered and installed. This was a huge benefit to us. We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door and needed service on the weekend. We called Precision in the afternoon and got person on the phone who said that they would have a service technician to our house within 2 hours. These guys rock! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sam stopped out to give us the estimate. He was very courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable & was the reason we chose Precision for our new garage door. Travis came out to install the door. He was also extremely courteous, and worked hard until the dark hours of the night. Answered all of our questions and stayed even later to change a few minor details and to review the entire door system with my wife and I. Matt did a great job replacing my ancient wooden garage door. When he was finished he made sure that I understood how it operated and what I could do on my own to keep it in good shape. We needed a new garage door opener and I had no idea who to go with. I decided to give Precision a try because they had the highest ratings across the sites I checked. I understand why they have good reviews. They came out the next day and arrived ON TIME! Rob was awesome! He measured the space he had to work with and explained what he would have to do before he moved forward. The price for the new Installer was fair and he even waited while I confirmed the price/job with my husband. Once everything was installed, he explained how it worked and even gave us tips for keeping our garage door working longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone. In fact, we are calling the Gutter Side of this company because the installation went so well. Thanks Precision!

Ryan, who came to tear out the old California door, and install the new door, and new opener, reminded me of what it means for people to do whatever it takes, not to just get the job done…but get it done right! Ryan had a work ethic and pride in his work that is sorely missing from most employees, and businesses. He was nothing less than professional. Nice guy replaced cables (one cable had broken). I'm giving only 3 1/2 stars because now there is a gap between one side of the garage door and the floor, that wasn't there before.
