I called Precision and Mario came to my home the same day. Mario came at around 7pm which was very convenient for me due to my work schedule. The garage door springs broke so the door wouldn’t open. I’d seen ads for Precision, so I called them. Mario came when promised and I couldn’t be happier. He was enngaging and personable, and he explained exactly what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it and not having it repeat. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The repairs were made within the stated timeframe, which means that Mario and Precision both realize that my time is valuable. I will definitely use them again should there ever be a need.

Needed a new door to replaced the nearly 40 year old door that was ready to collapse. Travis did a great job removing all the old hardware along with the door and replaced it with the new one in a bit over three hours. I couldn't believe he did the whole job on a 16' door singlehanded. The new door opens and closes smoothly, and you can hardly hear it despite the fact that the garage has settled over the years and is about 3/4" from being level. To say I'm pleased is an understatement.
