We are extremely pleased with precision door. Our garage door broke and we were heading on vacation. We called, and they came out within an hour! They were very professional and had everything they needed on their trucks. They fixed what I needed, and they also recognized that the motor in our opener was about to go. So they gave us an estimate for that and we had that replaced as well. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Your technicians were very professional and took the time to review the problems with the existing garage door and made several recommendations. They informed me that the new garage door would take 4 weeks before installation and secured the existing damaged door to prevent an accident. I felt confident with Rob Dressler and his associate that a new OH door was necessary.and further bids were not necessary.

Excellent service. Kind and considerate to our needs. We had Overhead Door install a new door, and opener. Had it fixed, then replaced. It broke again and sent out a tech who knew nothing of what he was doing. Ssid they replaced the mother board, which they did not, they replaced a plastic part that drove the chain in and out. Overhead Door blamed malfunction issues on our electric setup. OMG... are they serious? They ssid since it was out of warranty they wouldn't replace it, but would give a estimate for another. They wouldn't do anything to help out. That's when I called your company to check out the problem. It was the mother board, nor the plastic part they put in. Long story short.... WE WILL NEVER CALL OR RECOMMEND OVERHEAD DOOR TO ANYONE. HOWEVER WE WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. I GIVE THE TECH %100 PLUS. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING SO QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS.

My brother recommended that I call Precision Door when my springs broke. I was trapped at home and needed a company who would be available quickly to do the work. After I called I was told that someone would be out the next morning. My technician was at my home by 7:45am the next day. He explained what needed to be repaired and work was completed in an hour. He was fantastic. I would refer this company to anyone who needs garage door service.

The technician was wonderful. I have a very old garage and needed a track fixed. He fixed the track and tuned up both doors. He gave me a very reasonable price for new doors but did not pressure me which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to Precision and ask for the same technician when I decide to get new doors.

All I wanted was a tune up on my garage door. Not window shop for 3 other options to upgrade maintenance. So, we didn't care for that. I mines well just buy a whole new garage door for those options.

A tune up consists of lubricating your door and making any possible adjustments to make it function better. In most cases there are not many adjustments that can be made and worn parts will need to be replaced. This will prevent your car from being trapped in your garage when your door breaks. It is up to you whether to head our recommendations, but we must make them regardless.

PRECISION's installation of our new garage door went smoothly and painless. Kudos to the installer TRAVIS, who did an amazing job...by himself. From day one the quality of service and professionalism was top notch. Matt - the Technician, arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous. He removed the old door, hardware, and automatic door opener. He then installed the new door, hardware, and automatic opener. He cleaned up everything (you wouldn't even know he was there).He explained all the features and operation of the new opener.
