The technician was wonderful. I have a very old garage and needed a track fixed. He fixed the track and tuned up both doors. He gave me a very reasonable price for new doors but did not pressure me which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to Precision and ask for the same technician when I decide to get new doors.

All I wanted was a tune up on my garage door. Not window shop for 3 other options to upgrade maintenance. So, we didn't care for that. I mines well just buy a whole new garage door for those options.

A tune up consists of lubricating your door and making any possible adjustments to make it function better. In most cases there are not many adjustments that can be made and worn parts will need to be replaced. This will prevent your car from being trapped in your garage when your door breaks. It is up to you whether to head our recommendations, but we must make them regardless.

They came out to my house the next day. Very good service and professional.

Apparently you didn't read/review what I originally wrote. I would not choose you and didn't. Your tech person, although personable----tried to spin and parley the simple cable repair into a $900 rebuild of all moving parts, or a new door for around $2K. I lost confidence in the honesty of what and how the door could be fixed.

After attempting to program new garage door remotes, we found that not only would they not work but our old ones now didn't work either. We called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and were pleased to get a person, not an answering machine. The serviceman came at the promised time on Monday and discovered that we'd bought the wrong remotes. He had the right kind in his vehicle, though, and very soon everything was programmed and working again. I would definitely recommend Precision.
