Nice guy replaced cables (one cable had broken). I'm giving only 3 1/2 stars because now there is a gap between one side of the garage door and the floor, that wasn't there before.

My old opener would not close using the remote, only the hard wired button. Mark checked it out and told me the opener was from 1994 and generally openers only last around ten years. He installed a new one, checked the overall operation of the door, lubed the roller, and checked the springs. He arrived when he said, was very courteous and informative. I would not hesitate to call in the future and would highly recommend them.

Our garage door opener wouldn't work. Called and repair man came out same day. Fixed it. Door opener was still under warranty so no charge. Repair man was very nice and Precision sent a confirmation email prior to arrival and invoice after.

I went from a repair call to a lifetime customer! Initially, my husband and I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to fix the springs which broken in half on my old 1980s wood door. Since usually, my husband fixes things around the house we never usually need to find an expert, but we thought this would be a bigger job and it would require an expert. I called around, and Precision was the quickest to get back to me along with sending out an expert to our house to assess the situation. The expert ended up being Robert who was supposed just to fix my springs, but ultimately, after comparing costs of repair vs. a new door was going to sell us a new garage door. The entire door buying process took under 10 minutes, which included looking at styles, colors, and what we considered a "no-brainer" - Choose to go with the lifetime insulated door with stainless steel parts! Everything was done electronically and sent to me via email which was so much easier than having paper copies of everything. I was able to get an install time setup, and they even send an email showing who will be coming to your house to install your door. The professional installer was Matt, who was on time, professional, and knowledgeable when we had asked some questions regarding the install process. The door went up in no time and worked on the first run with ease! Matt explained how the door worked along with making me aware of some general maintenance that I could perform on the door before the winter season! I was happy to see how well he cleaned up the garage area before leaving our house. This was by far the best experience that I have had on a customer level for any service work done on my house, and I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anybody who was looking for repair or replacement of their Garage Door.
