Rob called before coming and showed up when he said he would. The job was completed in the first hour of the two hour window that they gave to show up. He explained what I needed and fixed my door in under the time that he said it would take in a friendly and professional manner. Just happened to see him at my neighbors earlier this week and can't be happier that I stopped to ask for an estimate.

Mike H. did a great job on my garage door repair. One torsion spring failed and broke in two. Both springs were replaced along with rollers as some of the old rollers were seized up. The best part of the repair, in addition to Mike's recommendations for longevity of my garage, was the quick response time to my property. From the time I placed the phone call, Mike arrived within half an hour. Thanks Mike for all you did to help out!

Precision had previously serviced my garage door in 2011 and provided a lifetime warrant for their services. A tension spring broke yesterday so I called Precision again to repair the tension spring. Pat showed up on time, replaced the tensions springs and cables and ensured everything was aligned properly. Pat was very professional and courteous and should be commended for his service. When we woke up in the morning to a broken garage door I went to Google and your company came up first. I was very impressed with your reviews so I called. The service rep that took my call was very professional answered my questions and made me feel very at ease. The tech then called me hours before he was to arrive as he was running early, answered all my questions knowing I wasn't going to be home. Once he arrived he assessed the situation and gave me 3 options. I chose the best one that I thought was the best suggestion from the tech and the tech also felt good about my choice. He finished the job in under an hour called me and went over everything and I came home to a completely clean-up garage mess. I was extremely happy with your company, your service, your tech, and your prices.

Well done. Called to ask if they could come earlier. Much needed as my car was held hostage. The salesman presented the options and costs. He was efficient and completed the job in stated time and everything cleaned up. Difficult task as my car didn't allow a lot of working space. Price was stated and I agreed but price was still high.

Sam was a fantastic technician. He was on time, responsible, knowledgeable, and more than professional. He gave an assessment of our mechanics (springs, rollers, cables, bearings, panels, and photo eyes) and made excellent and informed recommendations. After giving us those options, we chose which route would be best, and we elected to replace much of our mechanics and buy a new opener. He had all equipment with him, and he installed everything right on the spot. He was always cheerful even though, given the amount of work we asked him to do, he was here well past 8:00PM. Not only that, but Same explained all warranties associated with all products, and as an aside, this company STANDS BY it's work. I will recommend this company, and specifically Sam to anyone who asks me. Sam is a credit to himself, Precision Door, and to the service industry as a whole. Overall we couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service we received. Money well spent.

Garage door end cable snapped die to rusting, and door swung and twisted opposite end track. Found website with 5 star rating and 24 hour service. Called # and operator was very courteous and placed us on schedule for early next morning. Technician arrived and assessed situation and offered 3 options with respective costs. Work completed within prescribed time frame and door operates smoother and quieter than before. Very satisfied!

Sam did an excellent job. The logic board went on my liftmaster opener and Sam diagnosed the problem in an efficient manner. He did not try to sell me a new opener, but rather I inquired as to the lifespan of a typical opener and we discussed my options. I decided to order a new opener through Precision and am very satisfied with my decision as well as the service provided by Sam and the entire team at Precision. Thanks!
