He did not try to sell me a new opener, but rather I inquired as to the lifespan of a typical opener and we discussed my options. These are electronic signatures and initials that you or whomever digitally signed with your finger upon completion of payment of work. So yes, the penmanship is not great, but they are your initials.

Precision gets 5-stars! I accidentally had a run-in with my garage door and the garage door won. Within seconds of my call with the friendly customer service representative, Karen, a dispatch call was made to the technician and Mark, the technician and installer was calling me to say he was on his way. Now THAT is customer service! I couldn't even dry my tears fast enough before he was at my home. Not only was the repair reasonable but his professionalism and caring customer service made me feel better about my silly accident. If it's customer service, quality and a good price you're looking for, Precision is the way to go! Great job all around!

Sam was our technician and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was fantastic. The spring on our garage door had broken and we were told the technician would arrive between 12pm-4pm. Sam called at 10:40am to say he was on his way! When he arrived he assessed the problem and presented us with our options. He was very thorough in explaining the operation of the door and presented us with three options. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried and he thoroughly answered all of our questions. We bought the house 5 months ago and the door was contractor grade and already had significant rust at the bottom and really should have two springs instead of just the one it had. After being presented the repair options, I asked Same out of curiosity what it would cost to replace everything. Sam's job is to repair doors but he did a terrific job of going over the replacement options with us as well. This guy knows his stuff and could easily sell doors as well as repair them. Precision, I hope you are reading this because this guy deserves a raise or at least commission on our door!! It was in our best interest to just do a total replacement because of the shape our existing door was in. Sam processed our whole order and still repaired our door for us so that we would have it's function while we wait for the new door to arrive and be installed!! Some other company simply could have said that we would have to live with the broken door until the new one arrived. Not Precision! They included it in the purchase price of the new door and will just take the parts back when the new one was installed. Sam's completed the work with great ease and speed. He is truly an asset to this company and we will tell anyone who needs garage door work to call Precision and ask for him.

Called at 9am on a Monday morning and had a technician (Sam) at my house by 12:30pm that same day! Sam did a thorough inspection of our garage door and told us what was wrong. He offered us three options to fix our problem, and had everything he needed to do the repairs right on his truck! No waiting needed.
