Precision Door was a great company to deal with, from the person answering the phones to the knowledgeable technicians that come to your house. Mike my technician was top notch, he was courteous, knowlagable and did a fantastic job. The garage door opener that he recommended not only is the quietest unit but he also managed to get the door to open up all the way with a steel beam in the way. This is a company that I would highly recommend to all my family and friends. GREAT JOB MIKE!!

The service technician arrived as scheduled and promptly identified the problem - the lift cable on one side had come off the roller/pulley. He suggested replacing both cables as they were quite thin, and replaced them with nice substantial cables. He also lubed everything and gave me good maintenance suggestions. A 12 out of 10 rating!!!

This company was great! I had an urgent need, found them online. They came out and did the work the same day, and it's Christmas week! They were cordial on phone, pleasant, and respectful. They gave me the persons name who would show up, which made me feel more secure, and gave me a time they would show up, and only a 2 hour window. I received a call when they were on their way, and received follow up calls/updates as need during the work completion. I highly recommend and would use them again. Thanks! You are just great! We were given a two hour window for the replacement/repair of our garage door springs. Very appreciative of the fact we were contacted early within that time window and the fact the Technician called 1/2 before appt. time as we had requested. He was very kind, friendly and happy man and shared that he loves what he is doing which was very obvious. Went right to work (including assisting moving additional heavy items out of the way). Rob recommended additional repairs that were required based upon the wear that was visible. He greeted our pets warmly when we had to let them out. We are not a framing company or general contractor, therefore, we do not alter structures. If you have a 2 doors you would like turned into one you'll need to hire a framing contractor to pull a permit to alter the load bearing framing and replace the header of your structure. We turned down your job for that reason. Best of luck with the renovations

Our garage door would not open after work on Friday and I found Precision on line that night. I called and they were at our home Saturday morning. They were very professional and told us we had a great door but the spring was broken. After going over options we decided to have the current door rebuilt which saved us 1/2 of what a new door would cost and it came with a 7 year warranty. The technician was very friendly and most import very honest with us. Our door now works perfectly. We recommend them highly.

Torsion spring snapped on return home late on a Friday night. Checked Yellow Pages of phone book and noted advertising of 24/7 service. Made the call around 10:30 PM and was shocked to talk with a real person. Scheduled repair, and it was completed before I had breakfast Saturday morning (9:30 AM). The service technician, Mark Carberry, was excellent and very professional.

WOW great service and super fast, I phoned at 4:00 pm had a return call by 4:45 and service man was on site by 6:00 pm same day. Problem was broken spring on a 40 year old 10 ft wooden door. Service tech professionally explained process and estimate for repair had all parts on truck and had me up and running smoothly in a half an hour. Great job guys would deffinetly recommend and if needed call again. Thank you
