We have just had our garage door mechanism repaired by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The technician, Sam Rigetti, was very polite and knowledgeable. Their fees were less than other companies. I would definitely recommend them to friends in need of this type of service.

Service was fast, professional and complete. Great technician who explained our options clearly, and was polite and friendly. Can't ask for more than that. Called them with a problem with the garage door opened not working correctly - Sam explained the problem and the possible solutions. We decided to go with a new garage door opener since the old one was 13 years old and probably not going to be a good fix.

Called at 5pm on a Friday and they were out working on the garage door Saturday morning by 8:30am. The spring was broken and three options were given and explained completely for possible replacements. Great service and knowledgeable service tech Sam. Will definitely be using again.

I saw their commercial on tv the night before my spring broke on the garage door and decided to call them. I called at 8:00 in the morning and was told they would be here between 8 and 12. At 8:15 their technician Pat called to let me know he was on his way. He was here at 8:40 with a smile, great attitude and very friendly. He gave me 3 options and prices. Pat replaced my springs, rollers, cables and bar. He was absolutely amazing as was the girl that scheduled it. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to have anything done with garage doors. Very prompt, efficient, friendly and smooth transaction. You have my business and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you so much Pat!

Tech. knowledgeable and thorough after arrival. Opener installed 12/20/16, although I do realize equipment failure is beyond your control, this was an inconvenience. To compound the inconvenience the Tech called an told me he would be there in 15 minutes. I had to leave work, I was there in 15 min, 30 min later I called an he said he was 10 min out. Traffic on transit, I do understand not wanting to have to wait, but this was not very professional and very inconvenient, he arrived over 45 min after his initial call, traffic on transit is not a viable excuse, I drive on Transit frequently at that time of day, as does, I would hazard to guess, the Tech.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! From the person I spoke with on the phone to schedule my service appointment, to the technician (Matthew) who did the work - everything was A+ all the way. The people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, efficient and clearly wanted to make sure I had my needs taken care of. Plus the price was totally reasonable! My garage door and door operator were inspected today by Robert. He was very thorough and explained everything to me so that I will be able to make the best decision as to how I want to move forward with the repairs needed to my garage door/opener. There are not enough words to thank you for the professionalism and timeliness of the services we received. We had major issues with our garage door, cable broke and the door was half on/half off the track and we had no way of opening the door to get out cars out. When I called first thing Saturday morning, explained our situation (had a family funeral at 12:00 pm), you guys sent a representative right out!! Mike H was the first technician to come out . He diagnosed the problem & made a repair to the track & roller even though the door was old & obsolete & that company no longer in business! After talking with Mike I realized this was going to be a continuing problem. (This was the 2 nd time a roller broke off &caused havoc ) . A new door was ordered . The 2 techs that came out to install the door were Matt & Travis . They could not have been any nicer . The service was excellent. They were prompt ,neat & informative. ( Besides they laughed at my dumb jokes) . They both are an asset to your business ! I will highly recommend your company !! 5 Stars !!

Late last night my garage door "racked." I called early, and the person who answered at 6 am was pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. He had my account information from my purchase in 2013, and promised a technician would arrive between 10 and 2 today, Saturday. Mark called at 11 to say he was 10 minutes away, and repaired the door. It was a great experience, for an urgent repair on our door. Reasonable cost, friendly technician, and an excellent after hours on-call system.

Precision Door was a great company to deal with, from the person answering the phones to the knowledgeable technicians that come to your house. Mike my technician was top notch, he was courteous, knowlagable and did a fantastic job. The garage door opener that he recommended not only is the quietest unit but he also managed to get the door to open up all the way with a steel beam in the way. The service technician arrived as scheduled and promptly identified the problem - the lift cable on one side had come off the roller/pulley. He suggested replacing both cables as they were quite thin, and replaced them with nice substantial cables. He also lubed everything and gave me good maintenance suggestions. A 12 out of 10 rating!!!

This company was great! I had an urgent need, found them online. They came out and did the work the same day, and it's Christmas week! They were cordial on phone, pleasant, and respectful. They gave me the persons name who would show up, which made me feel more secure, and gave me a time they would show up, and only a 2 hour window. I received a call when they were on their way, and received follow up calls/updates as need during the work completion. I highly recommend and would use them again. Thanks! You are just great! Mark was my service guy and very easy to work with. 5****** in my book :)
