Amazing job! Marvelous products! The guys were wonderful...every little thing was cleaned up when they left. The doors are just what the house needed. Why did we choose your company? Installed a garage door opener a few years ago with Precision opener and have been completely satisfied. The opener operated so smoothly and quietly I decided to replace the openers in my other two garage bays as they were old and noisy. Equipment and service are top shelf and extremely professional.

My garage door had a broken center hinge, a rusty vertical track, the center bearing plate was pulling away from the wooden header, and the door needed another horizontal strengthening strut installed. Other components of the system were showing signs of wear due to their age. The repair specialist sold me on the "option A rebuild package." He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I'm very happy with the finished product. My only regret is that I didn't get competitive quotes and shop around a little, like I normally would. I looked up the parts online and found that the costs didn't add up. Instead, I just wanted it taken care of as soon as possible, and the repair specialist offered to do the work on the spot. In summary, I'm very happy with the work, and would recommend Precision to others. I would just suggest that you might want to get a few competitive quotes to compare prices.

Great customer service, two garage doors installed yesterday. Disappointed in the quality of the window inserts, thought it would be a more rigid plastic insert. Thank you to all, especially Bill, manager of the project.

Thanks for the review Ron. The window inserts are made from the highest quality vinyl designed to be easily removable and replaceable. This is why they are flexible. You will never know the difference unless you need to clean your windows. They will come out and go back in easily. They are also warranted against fading and cracking.

I had an issue with the j-bar (hockey stick thing) connecting to the top panel (top panel bolts were getting ripped out) with an older garage door. Called you guys and someone was out in under 3 hours. The technician, Mike Holbok, was great. He explained that I needed a new door but did manage to attach a new steal slotted angle to keep the jbar from ripping off the top of the garage door in the mean time. Mike, you need a raise!
