I had an issue with the j-bar (hockey stick thing) connecting to the top panel (top panel bolts were getting ripped out) with an older garage door. Called you guys and someone was out in under 3 hours. The technician, Mike Holbok, was great. He explained that I needed a new door but did manage to attach a new steal slotted angle to keep the jbar from ripping off the top of the garage door in the mean time. Mike, you need a raise!

The service that was provided was exceptional. I called late on Thursday and my problem was solved on Friday! I was given a time frame for when the serviceman would arrive and it was very timely. Able to have our garage door fixed the same day I called. Robert, our technician, was extremely knowledgable and nice. He examined all of the parts and told us what ones were in good condition and which ones should be replaced. Glad I found this company in the Yellow Pages!!!

Very pleased with our new garage door. Service was great. Came exactly at the time the appointment was set-up, Called the day before to reminds us of the installation. Very clean and fast installation. I love the window inserts that I had installed. Everything from getting an estimate, ordering the door and billing was superior. Customer service was excellent. 5 star rating.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. From the pleasant helpful receptionist on the phone to meeting and working with my technician Patrick. I was delighted that they could accommodate my request for help within 24 hours even though it was a Sunday!! It was extra comforting that they sent photos of the service techs ahead by email so I could feel safe. Bravo!! Great company- I love I'll call them again and recommend to my family and friends.

The guys called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They did an unbelievable job removing a 50 year old plus door which was difficult and dangerous to say the least. New door looks great and quieter than any door we have ever had. The only company I will ever call for my needs.

Precision stands by there product and work. Had a spring repaired in 2012, spring broke and Precision was out within a few hours of my call to change to an even heavier duty spring but with their 5 yr warranty it didn't cost me anything for the new spring. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Technician (Rob) impressed me with his knowledge, and he was very willing to share with me everything that plays into having a garage door work properly. That, and the short amount of time it took him to completely rebuild my system convinced me that he had either many years experience or a very qualified teacher. I thought it was a little pricey, but I also know I received heavier duty parts and a 7 year warranty that the competition could not match. Door now works perfectly!

Robert was very polite and helpful in explaining what the problem was regarding the door. A previous garage door company installed a new garage door (about 6 months ago) and did a faulty job. Old parts were used in the installment. Your technician corrected the problem. I would definitely refer your company.

My 16 yo daughter pulled out of the garage a little soon. She was selecting her music for her ride. Unfortunately, the garage door was only half way up and she smashed into it. Precision door services was there in less then an hour even though I did not request an emergency call. The technician who came was completely professional and cost conscious. He evaluated the situation and made adjustments. He was able to "save the door" and tracking system. He recommended reinforcements but did not try to nickel and dime me for an absurd amount. I was so happy with his professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend this company. The technician really tried to work with me to make my garage door functional and safe. I understood everything that he was explaining and why he recommended certain reinforcements. Now on to repair the car. LOL
