My tech was just great! He gave three options to repair my garage door. He then said "ok I'll get started" I was astonished , all the part where with him! In 3 hours I had my old door with all new hardware and a brand new opener. Very impressed!

Garage door broke at around 5 PM on a cold night...serviceman was there by 7 and did a complete rebuild of the door...replacing springs, cables, rollers etc. Professional and courteous and door works great after the rebuild!

The technician that repaired my mother-in laws door was great. I thought we would have to replace at least two panels be he was able to save it. However he was not able to repair the damage she did to the car. She may not be driving much longer as she has hit the house and every side of her two year old car.

5 stars for certain. Service within 12 hours on a weekend. Service Tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Did repair (replacement of tension springs) inside of 20-25 minutes. Payment by credit card on tablet was easy. I've never been more satisfied paying for a service because I know it was necessary for long term as opposed to a band aid and I truly appreciatiated the council & service.

Ashley was very CustomerCentric when I called to make an appointment. She understood that I needed an early morning service delivery due to my work schedule and that it was important as my garage door would not automatically close. Mike came as promised early in the morning and fixed the door as well as made reasonable recommendations on preventive maintenance. Precision came highly recommended by a friend and in turn I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for garage door repairs.

I am extremely pleased with my first experience with Precision Door. They were prompt and arrived when they said that they would be there. The Technician, Pat M., that repaired the broken spring on my garage door was very courteous and professional. After three attempts at getting my garage door repaired by another company over the last seven years, I finally decided to give Precision Garage Door a try. My technician (Rob) was dispatched the same day that I called for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. My parts and labor are covered with a lifetime warranty. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. Wow... Very, Very Pleased from the start. Bill Geary is a great sales person that is very knowledgeable regarding your garage doors and installations. I was very impressed by the quality of your doors, your life time warrantee, and service. Your installer's, Ryan and Brian are a great team, they are on the same page at all times. They did a great job in removing an old door and replacing it with a Precision Garage Door. They also pickup and cleaned the area. Very nice guys. Your company's training for employees was noticed. We were happy with the installation and the quietness of our new door. Since we only had it a couple of days, it is hard to comment on it other than it looks great and functions fine. We were disappointed that my husbands Chevy Silverado couldn't be programmed into the new garage door opener.

Even though the problem wasn't one that required immediate attention, it was nice being able to contact someone, schedule an appointment and get the problem taken care of without having the whole process drag on. The Technician was pleasant, curtious and knew his stuff. Unfortuately we needed a new garage door opener because the old one didn't comply with current safety standard, but the price was right and when I went online to review the make and model being offered it had excellent reviews. The technician installed the opener in less than two hours and was on his way. Efficient, pleasent and painless.

My technician Robert was awesome! When my wife and I got home today we hit the garage door opener and it opened 2 feet and stopped. Going inside I noticed the spring had broke. I called Precision Door and they said they would be there tonight! Between 4 and 8. Robert showed up about 30 minutes later and had my door fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely informative and friendly and perhaps most importantly competent. The spring he used had a obvious quality that the sping that broke did not. I have confidence it will last a long time and in fact has a great warranty to back it up. It was not properly installed by another company and he clearly explained what he was going to do fix that and why. My garage door has never worked better. My wife and I are thrilled. Its something as simple as a garage door that you take for granted until it doesn't work anymore. Thank you Precision door and especially Robert for your superior "Precision" service!

Knowledgeable and friendly, Robert D. gave me several options in his estimate to replace my garage door AND opener. Knowing what I wanted, I called him right back and the door was ordered ASAP. Installation was scheduled and Ryan came out to remove the old and install the new. Ryan was friendly, courteous and efficient... single-handedly installing the door and opener in just a few hours. Very nice 300 series door and PDS800 door opener. Would recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks guys...

Precision claimed responsibility and fixed the problem with absolutely no hassles. I didn't even need to be home. The door is now quiet and goes up and down easily without pulling itself back up.
