I cannot say enough nice things about Precision. Our garage door would not close so I called late afternoon and Robert D. was at our house within an hour. From the very friendly person on the phone to Robert's professionalism, I was very impressed and will highly recommend them. If I could I would give you 10 stars! Thank you!

This was the second time I used Precision Overhead Garage door service. Both times I was very happy with the service. My technician was Pat Murrett. He called me the morning that he was scheduled to make sure the time was still ok & then called again when he was on his way. I thought that was very nice. He told me all the repairs he recommended & I felt very confident that he knew his job. I was very happy with the service. My garage door is working great!

***** Hi Anthony, I am so impressed with the service your company provided me. It was New Years Eve and I was having problems with my garage door. I called some companies and was told someone could come out in a couple of days. I proceeded to call Precision door expecting more of the same. I almost fell out of my chair when the friendly receptionist told me a technician would be out in a couple of hours! This was New Years Eve in the middle of a snow storm! My garage door was fixed and I was able to make it to the party on time. A couple of days later my garage door wasn't operating very smoothly, and when I called you back you again sent a technician out the same day who repaired the problem swiftly and with quality service! The repairman Rob was very friendly and very helpful, if all of your employee's are like him your company is going to continue to be a success! I love to see an organization that is well run and that emphasizes quality service. Thanks again and good luck to you in all of your future endeavors!

I was surprised to find my garage door opener unable to do its job today. I called your company(Precision Door) at 935 am and was delighted to have a scheduled appointment by 2pm. Your service technician was knowledgeable, honest, thorough and most of all patient. He replaced my damaged opener, worn springs and installed and programmed all devices, including the keypad. Thank you for rescuing me from this unexpected surprise and providing exceptional customer service too!

When the garage door broke on a Saturday morning trapping my car inside I thought the repair process was going to be long and complicated (finding someone available, ordering parts, scheduling future appointments, missing work, etc.); however, Pat Murrett from Precision was at my house within a couple hours and had the door repaired that afternoon. I was extremely relieved and grateful for the prompt, professional service I received from Precision.

I would absolutely recommend Preciision Door for any and all garage door service needs. Robert recently visited to install a new opener, bearings and a keyless pad. All were installed professionally and with a thorough explanation as to how and why. It's a great idea to have a short bio and picture of the service person. Again. I am totally sold on Precisions sales and service.

Awesome customer service! Considering I called the day after Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised to get a real person answering the phone. I am even happier that I was able to buy a new door system AND get my old clunker working good til the new door comes in. All this taken care of in about 1:45 minutes! Excellent work.

The spring on my garage door was broken leaving the door stuck down. My son had recommended Precision door to me. My appointment was to meet at my home at 1:00 pm for a quote. As I looked at my watch turned 1:00pm, the truck was in my driveway. Patrick Murrett gave me a quote, told me what the door needed, and preformed above and behond great service.I would recommend Precision door to everyone I know who appreciates quality service. I was in a jam, had been planning a Christmas party and preparing everything by putting it in my car for the last two days when, the night before, our garage door broke. I have a seminar the in the morning but scheduled a garage door appointment and had my sister in law there. The professional was on time, courteous, and explained it several times as we had multiple people in and out of the house while I was away. He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advise on how to keep the garage working and in the best condition.

On December 3, 2014 we had a broken cable on our garage door, making it impossible to close. We call Precision Door and explained that this is an emergency situation because we have an attached garage with a door that will not close. The lady at Precision said she’d have a technician call me within the hour. He did call in less than an hour stating he could be at our house in one to two hours, when his current job was finished. He did get to our house in just a little over an hour and explained what was involved in fixing the door. He did fix the door quickly and it now works great! I will certainly call Precision door again and I recommend them to anyone needing garage door work done, I’m very satisfied!

5 star rating. We were very impressed by Patrick M who came to give us an estimate on a garage door replacement. He cautioned us to use care with our old door until it was replaced and explained the safety hazard. Installation went smoothly and we appreciated the professionalism of the technicians. We are very happy with the whole experience.

I received a flyer in the mail from Precision door and decided to give them a call. I was surprised when the receptionist said a representative could come to my home on Sunday. He did - and he was wonderful! Michael Holbok was so friendly, efficient and professional. I was very impressed. The product (new garage doors and rails) look wonderful and the price is very competitive. I am calling another company for an estimate so I can compare. You will hear from me again soon. Thank you!
