Robert came out to access the repair and was very thorough going over the options. Based on his great advice, instead of just fixing the problem, I decided that replacing the door would be best. I originally scheduled the appointment for Halloween as I was off work that day. I then found that I could not open the door so informed the owner that I was available the coming Monday. He was able to give me the appointment. Ryan was our installer and did a fantastic job and even helped move stuff out of the garage so he could work. The clean up was so good, one could not tell they were even here. Price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Mike called and asked what time would be convenient for that morning. I had been told a technician would be here between 8am to noon. He was here about 9:30 or so. He went right to work checking my garage door and replacing the rollers. He was patient and answered all my questions so I could understand what was going on with my garage door. I appreciated his thoroughness. I would recommend the company highly.

Mike called prior to arrival and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be replaced and why. He was clean quick and nice. He was also very patient as I asked all my questions. In addition to replacing all the broken parts, Mikes took the time to assess and tweak the overall garage door functions.
