On December 3, 2014 we had a broken cable on our garage door, making it impossible to close. We call Precision Door and explained that this is an emergency situation because we have an attached garage with a door that will not close. The lady at Precision said she’d have a technician call me within the hour. He did call in less than an hour stating he could be at our house in one to two hours, when his current job was finished. He did get to our house in just a little over an hour and explained what was involved in fixing the door. He did fix the door quickly and it now works great! I will certainly call Precision door again and I recommend them to anyone needing garage door work done, I’m very satisfied!

I had my garage door serviced today including oiling and changing the rollers. My door was not in good shape initially and made a lot of noise upon opening and closing. I was informed by the serviceman that the bottom rollers were so rusty they weren't turning at all. He replaced the rollers, oiled the springs and the door now closes very quietly. I was very pleased with the work, the serviceman and the prompt response time and punctual arrival. I will definitely use Precision when it comes time to replace my door in the next couple of years.

I first heard about Precision through Angie's List when a Big Deal was offered for tune-up and new rollers. I looked into the background of the company and was overwhelmed by their A+ ratings and terrific comments. So, I purchased the Big Deal and was not disappointed in the least. It was easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was friendly. Patrick came out, explained to me the work to be done, and went right to work. He, fortunately for me, found no problems other than the rollers needing to be replaced. Work was done speedily and he took the time to open and close door several times in my presence to make sure all was acceptable. I was having problems with one of my remotes, and he even took the time to look at it for me, at no additional charge. Door works great now, with no grinding noises. I would highly recommend this company and Patrick as well.

5 Star Rating for installation of 2 custom, garage, doors 10/30/14. Installers, Ryan Buil and Ben Kelly, worked ~6-7hrs. to install, test and inservice me on door remotes and mobil remotes for the cars. They worked diligently and stopped only to eat. It was already dark the last hour or so as they were completing the installation. Cleaned up work area and were pleasant employees - Good Workers!!! Ryan performed a preventive maintenance in June for me via Angie's List. Was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail; he sold me on purchasing 2 new doors (needed). Chose precision for the quality of materials/warranty and experienced staff. Highly recommend. They call to indicate their ETA. Appreciate that.
