Being an engineer and working in maintenance for 20 years, I know changing garage door springs is not for the amateur (safety), so I called on Friday for a non-emergency repair and Jarred was out on Monday. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon and Precision Overhead Garage set us up for a Saturday Morning repair. Jarred came out and replaced the springs and fine tuned the rest. He spent the time to explain to us what to look for in the future and even reset my car's built-in remote (I had been able to set my wife's remote, but for some reason, I couldn't get my car's to work). Great job!
