I have had a sercice from Hamburg overhead door twice for this very problem and each time I was told the the warm weather was causing this problem. Within 10 minutes of his arrival Jarred diagnosed the problem and offered a couple of solutions. The repair was completed quickly and to my and to my satisfied. Great Job!

ten years ago I had my Garage door rebuilt and it came with a lifetime guarantee. I call a local guy and got a price to fix my broken spring, my wife said we have a guarantee, so I called Precision. They said the business had been sold but would were trying to make all reasonable claims whole. The service person came out did a great job for the price of a service call.I saved $XXX. Needed a new garage door opener after the 14 year old one died. Installer offered one with a lifetime warranty which was superior to the one being replaced. Installer was wonderful and expedient. Very pleased with the service and the new opener although making adjustments seems complicated. Need the door to close tighter, more downward force.

Your ambassador, Henry, arrived as promised, diagnosed my problem as being a broken torsion spring. He then examined my 40 year old door and showed me how he knew it was that old. On Henry' recommendation, a money saving opportunity and a preventative maintenance approach, I opted for the overhaul package. Henry carried out the repairs and updating of the door in a silent and efficient manner that mirrors the way the door now operates. He completed the work and cleaned up the site in a timely manner as one would expect of the professional he is! Henry deserves a raise !
