Within 4 hours, Precision had a service technician at our house to fix the problem. The service technician was professional and fixed the door in no time. I came home Wed evening to the ugly truth that my garage door did not want to open ever again! I was prepared to call around for service the next day and hope that I did not have to take too much time off from work. Imagine my surprise when I found Precision on the internet and that you had no charge for emergency after hour calls! Sounded too good to be true, but tried anyway. My call was answered by a very nice and very helpful lady. The service call was set for just a bit later that evening. The service tech was knowledgeable,courteous, and helpful. He fully explained my options and costs. I chose to have the hardware replaced, with the springs and cables and then was again amazed that all the equipment was on his truck and he went to work fixing that stubborn door. A little bit later, all was fixed and the door works like new! Would I call your company again, ABSOLUTELY!!! (But, to be honest, I really hope I don't need to call for a long, long time!!) However, that word of mouth works well too and I will definitely recomend Precision to my friends and family. Thanks again, Kathy Szafranski
