Precision Doors has been out several times to repair my old garage door, saving me the expense of replacing it. They are professional and courteous and I have always been able to schedule a prompt appointnent. Eric has been my technician several times including today; he is thorough, polite and takes the time to show me his findings and explain his recommendations. I advised Eric that I like to perform simple home maintenance tasks myself; he showed me the correct way to perform routine lubrication of my door and opener. I highly recommend this company!

fast friendly service. the staff is very helpful in choosing the right product for your needs. The tech. that came to my home was Rob he went through the list of things the company offers and explained what was included for each package. I appreciated the honesty of the guys I dealt with from purchase to installation. I had a new garage door opener installed with springs and rollers. The opener is a belt drive very quick and quiet. I will be calling them back in the spring to replace my rear garage door that has seen better days. ( old wooden door).

Excellent service! Needed a tech to come-out an diagnose opener problem after storm/power outage. Dan gave me a call 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive saying that he was on his way and would be there at scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair within a half-hour, and that was with completing the entire safety inspection. Would very much recommend Precision Door.

I could not be happier. I called this morning (the day before Thanksgiving) and the woman said that someone could come today. By 10:30a.m. a tech was here and installed a new opener for us. Completely done in one hour. The tech was very professional and friendly.

Online reviews were very positive. Appointment was arranged within two days. Overall a great experience from the initial office phone call to the arrival of the technician. Service was scheduled for a garage door tune-up and a question on how to repair a sizable gap under one side of the door. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that the gap was not a garage door issue but was caused by a new floor that was not properly leveled. He suggested a temporary solution until the repairs can be made to the garage floor. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

A nice and very informative technician came to fix my garage door. After inspecting it he gave me some advice about the door and three options, fix what was broken, upgrade some of the parts, or a brand new door. I went with the first option as I needed the door fixed that day. While I can appreciate that this is a business and you must make a profit, $160.92 is way too much money for the service performed and there is no warranty on the work. The technician put the wheel back in the track, put in one screw and checked all the others on the door. Total labor time was under 10 minutes. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

Eric was great and super personable. Gave me the full spectrum of options to respond to my problem and I did not feel pressured/upsold. Although they did not have a part needed for my particular repair on hand (and I think this is the exception more than the rule with this company from what I can see), they came out and identified the issue the same day I called it in and the whole thing will be resolved within a 3 day turn time - which is really nice. No Hassle, really polite and efficient, clear resolution. Thanks guys!
