Online reviews were very positive. Appointment was arranged within two days. Overall a great experience from the initial office phone call to the arrival of the technician. Service was scheduled for a garage door tune-up and a question on how to repair a sizable gap under one side of the door. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that the gap was not a garage door issue but was caused by a new floor that was not properly leveled. He suggested a temporary solution until the repairs can be made to the garage floor. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

A nice and very informative technician came to fix my garage door. After inspecting it he gave me some advice about the door and three options, fix what was broken, upgrade some of the parts, or a brand new door. I went with the first option as I needed the door fixed that day. While I can appreciate that this is a business and you must make a profit, $160.92 is way too much money for the service performed and there is no warranty on the work. The technician put the wheel back in the track, put in one screw and checked all the others on the door. Total labor time was under 10 minutes. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

Eric was great and super personable. Gave me the full spectrum of options to respond to my problem and I did not feel pressured/upsold. Although they did not have a part needed for my particular repair on hand (and I think this is the exception more than the rule with this company from what I can see), they came out and identified the issue the same day I called it in and the whole thing will be resolved within a 3 day turn time - which is really nice. No Hassle, really polite and efficient, clear resolution. Thanks guys!

The customer service through the install was excellent. Our installer Eric Bruton, sat down and explain the different options and warranties on what may be best suited for my install. My husband came home from work for lunch today (10/17/19), and when he closed the garage door, the spring broke. We have an insulated door and it is quite heavy to lift; I was frantic. Especially since we have a 6:30 am flight scheduled for tomorrow morning, and both cars were in the garage. I opened the phone book instead of searching online, and Precision's ad had exactly what I needed. Brooke calmly took my information and assured me she'd have someone out today. She was professional and reassuring. Mario our technician, arrived and assessed what had to be done. He too was professional, confident, polite, and serviced our door quickly. I spoke to Bridget after completion of the work, just to thank Precision again for their speedy, efficient service! If you like to spend a huge sum of money for very little work, this is the company to call. I was charged $160 for a camera lense adjustment, which amounted to all but 3 seconds of work. The minimum charge of $149 for a visit is more than my doctor, lawyer, and auto mechanic combined. Absolutely brutal...

Hi Kris, Were sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the work performed. The labor charge you paid covers the cost of us driving to your home with all the equipment needed to perform the work to fix your garage door. This is often a lot of equipment as we can't expect customers to diagnose their problems over the phone. As well as the time it takes to diagnose the issue and perform the work. This is the same amount you would pay for any other type of in home service visit such an air conditioning repairman or plumber.

This company gave me same day service. The technician was friendly and professional. A Senior Citizens my husband and I did not feel as though we were being taken advantage of on the price. I highly recommend this company if you have garage door issues.

I called Precision to have the weather stripping replaced on our door. When Bob came out he did a safety check and uncovered some major problems with the door. I ended up getting the gold rebuild package besides having the weather stripping replaced. Bob explained everything to me clearly, was very professional and did not pressure me to buy anything and helped me make the best choice in our situation. Precision Door was recommended through Home Advisor. My garage door would not open this weekend. I was contacted by 9am on Monday, and an appointment was made for the same afternoon. Eric Bruton came to my home, assessed the issue, and wrote up 3 proposals, explaining everything to me. The work was completed in less than 2 hours.
