I called Precision for service on my garage door on 1/13/2020. I received very professional service from Anthony G. He did an excellent job in explaining what the problem was and what my choices were for repair. Very professional service. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to call them again in a second if ever necessary and would definitely give Anthony G 5 stars along with Precision for hiring such professional employees.

Technician Bob Dressler was on time, professional and offered various options to accomplish the repairs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, rollers, cables, etc.) as the door and related equipment were 18 years old. Work was completed quickly with no issues.

Anthony was outstanding. I am currently retired from being a maintenance supervisor for over 37 years and I can honestly say Anthony is very polite and skillful at his trade. It was a pleasure having him here installing our new garage door and opener. He went above and beyond our expectations and he would be asset to any job given to him. THANK YOU!!!!! Steve & Karen

Dan came out to my house to fix my garage door. He was very professional & took great lengths to explain all the options available to completely fix my problem. Unfortunately I needed new parts that had to be special ordered. Got a competitive price matching quote. Awaiting new parts to arrive & he’ll return to install them. Nothing but a great experience. Recommend Precision Door to all !

Amazing service and results! I called this morning and a tech was here within the hour. He immediately saw the reason my door would no longer open, gave me 3 different price options/guarantees - we chose one and he completed the work in less that an hour. The parts are much more heavy duty that the original ones that lasted less than 8 years!!

Precision Doors has been out several times to repair my old garage door, saving me the expense of replacing it. They are professional and courteous and I have always been able to schedule a prompt appointnent. Eric has been my technician several times including today; he is thorough, polite and takes the time to show me his findings and explain his recommendations. I advised Eric that I like to perform simple home maintenance tasks myself; he showed me the correct way to perform routine lubrication of my door and opener. I highly recommend this company!

fast friendly service. the staff is very helpful in choosing the right product for your needs. The tech. that came to my home was Rob he went through the list of things the company offers and explained what was included for each package. I appreciated the honesty of the guys I dealt with from purchase to installation. I had a new garage door opener installed with springs and rollers. The opener is a belt drive very quick and quiet. I will be calling them back in the spring to replace my rear garage door that has seen better days. ( old wooden door).

Excellent service! Needed a tech to come-out an diagnose opener problem after storm/power outage. Dan gave me a call 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive saying that he was on his way and would be there at scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair within a half-hour, and that was with completing the entire safety inspection. Would very much recommend Precision Door.
