Biro (Sorry, I'm not sure of the spelling his name) displayed total knowledge of my problem. He demonstrated, to me, how the springs currently on the opener were responsible for the motor failure. The cost of the repair was more than I had anticipated, however, I am confident that the work he did was necessary. The door now opens and closes smoother and quieter than the day we moved into our newly built home. (5 stars)

I am SO glad that I picked Precision to install my two new garage door openers instead of another local company that I had previously worked with for 25 years. The installer, Robert Dressler was very knowledgeable, personable and explained everything that I needed to know. Love the quiet belt openers!?? Thank you Precision!

Rob was out on 6/17 to check our door. He explained what had to be done. We had the old Wayne Dalton set up on both garage doors which were problems from day 1. We decided to have all the hardware and springs done on both doors. Rob did a great job and had them both done faster than I expected. Thanks Rob appreciate all your help and knowledge.

I called Precision when my garage door was not working. Wow! I got an appointment for the same day and a worker was here a couple hours later. He found the problem and went over all the things I should check if it happens again and checked out everything and lubricated everything so it is much quieter now. The worker (sorry I forgot his name) was polite, courteous and efficient. Thank You.

I have a garage door that misses a remote. Contacted Precision and the technician (Michael Anna) arrived on the same day. Programmed a new remote and fixed an old wire issue. Reasonable price and very professional!

I just received an estimate and Mark was the technician. Needless to say, I will be scheduling an appointment for a new garage door. Mark was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. He was honest and didn't push anything that I didn't need. He's a great representative for Precision Door!! I'll update my review after my installation. I highly recommend Precision Door!!

The professionalism, attention to detail, and followup on my endless questions that Bari Elmaribi from Precision Door Service gave during my installation made this an easy 5 star review. My garage wasn't your standard installation and held its own complexities, however, Bari made sure that the job was done the right way without adding any addition cost. He really looks out for the customer and lays out what to expect which is much appreciated. He even followed up later to make sure I fully understood everything (especially the WiFi system and resetting the motor's limits) that I needed regarding the system. I would highly recommend Bari and Precision Door Service to anyone. Thanks!!!

Our technician Michael Anna worked extra hard to overcome a pre-existing design flaw in our garage door set-up. He was very meticulous with his work to insure that our door was working safely and correctly. He even took notes, in case he came across this situation in the future! He also took the time to pet my barking dog! Excellent customer service, friendly demeanor and professional work! Thank you, I am very satisfied!!

Timing is everything and your response via "chat" on Memorial Weekend was so reassuring - an appointment was scheduled and Eric was here 1st thing after the holiday. Collin was a fine young man and let us know the full problems with our very old system. He gave us an estimate how much it would cost to make it like new, but the door is very old. So in the end, we decided to invest in a new door. We are very please with his service.

I had a small problem with my garage door opener; and I called yesterday, & they came and fixed it today ! Matt from the service department was here as scheduled, and repaired the problem in a short time. He was here for the original installation, and was both friendly & professional. Was more than satisfied with not only the customer service I received but Mario was fabulous. My spring had broken on my garage door they were at my house within 2 hours and it was fixed within one. I am not happy with the service I received today. I was quoted one price for the part of 250. When I questioned that, I was given a second quote of 150. I accepted the price of 150 and part was installed. I paid by charge and signed the ipad without seeing the invoice --my fault, although I did say before I signed --$150, correct?. When I checked my invoice it was 175. When I questioned the price,l, I received a call from the tech. He told me it was miss communication and that he told me it was 175. I will not recommended precision door to anyone as I feel I was deceived about the price. I should have asked to check the price before I signed the invoice, but I took him at his word. Very dissatisfied

Frank, I apologize for the confusion. However, the technician insisted he gave you an estimated price before he looked up the price and then told you the correct price, which you repeated back to him. We normally don't play he said she said, but we issued you a refund regardless.

I had a garage door damaged when my wife backed into it and then opened it. It was a complete disaster until a precision door tech came out and helped me remove it . The new door came in early and your tech installed it in no time and it looks great. By 1:00 PM today I realized coming into my driveway and trying my garage door opener that there was a major problem. The door would only open and few feet and dropped down to the payment. I called Precision at around 1:30 PM and they told me that they would have someone at my house between 2:00 to 6:00. Around 3:00 Barry showed up. Barry was friendly and polite. He looked the situation over and pointed out immediately what the problem was. We discussed the best course of action and Barry went right to work in a professional manner to fit the door situation. It took a good hour and a half, but was extremely well done. Hopefully, I will not have any more garage door problems in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I will definitely be called upon Barry to fix them!
