Garage door rollers rusted a couple broken one cable. Work was done just right.the way he worked made it clear he was very knowledgeable and maneuvered parts out and replaced them fast a smoothly. Would rate 5 stars

I chose Precision mainly because of its good reputation, but also because they provide good service. I called Precision at 6:45 in the morning and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. The technician was at my house at 8:45 a.m. Besides being very polite, he was very thorough and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand it. Unfortunately, I needed a new door, but in no way did he influence me in any way. He let me make my own decision. For a rating, I would give him five stars...

We had our door serviced a few years ago by Precision and everything worked fine until a loop on the cable broke the other day. This caused the garage door to not open or close. We were looking for a timely repair and reached out that a.m., as we recalled there being a 7 year warranty. They were able to dispatch Collin out that same evening and the repairs were made at no cost. It was a hassle free warranty claim. That is not always the case with some companies that make promise but don't live up to their word. I can appreciate them standing behind their product. Collin was on time, personable and completed the work without issue. Everything is working great again! Thanks PDS!

very pleasant young man arrived & concluded the pair of sensors on the bottom of each side of the tracks had failed. he replaced them with new ones & the opener worked once again. done quickly. it was for me , however , rather expensive , $162 for those little sensors. other than that, I always call Precision. They have done all the work on my garage door & opener.
