I ordered a door an automatic door opener for my garage. They put the door up, forgot the windows, an never put my trim up. They said another company will do the trim. Now they say that Precision does the trim. I am still waiting!! It is July 22nd. I will think twice from now on when it sounds to good to be true.

Yes Tammy, We took over the aluminum wrapping from the subcontractor we were using because they couldn't keep up. I see the manufacturer also sent your window panel without the windows, even though it was labeled a window panel. These things sometimes happen, especially when dealing with such high volume. We will calling you to schedule the swap out for the correct panel as well as the wrap so it is done on the same day. The panel should be in shortly, so you will be hearing from us soon.

We had an unexpected urgent problem with our garage door after hours on a Thursday night around 7:00pm. I called another company and got a recorded message telling me my call would be returned after 8:00am the next business day. Since my car was stuck behind a half open garage door, that was not going to help me get to work for an 8:00am meeting the next morning. I called Precision next and reached a helpful LIVE representative. She took my information and gave me a timeline for when I could expect my technician. His name was Bari and he would call when he was on his way. I was so relieved when he called and arrived well within the time they said he would. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the problem as well as what needed to be done. He even managed to get the door open safely for me to get my car out before he did the repairs, just in case I needed it. We were so pleased with the service, professionalism and responsiveness we decided to talk about the future of our aging garage door. Bari assured us the repairs would hold and be guaranteed for a period of time but if we decided to purchase a new door, the cost of the current repairs would be credited towards it. Our old door is working fine now thanks to Bari, but he couldn’t make it younger, less worn or give it more curb appeal. We are looking forward to the new door and opener that Precision will be installing for us soon. We will happily recommend Precision - and Bari - to anyone we know. Thank you!

Do not request an estimate from AMHERST, NY location! You will/I had to do all the following up from getting quote to missed appointments. Was told Ryan was scheduled for pre install visit Wednesday 7/10/18 at 5 pm. No show and no call. Terrible customer service!!!

The service man arrived when promised. He explained everything that he needed to d and why. I felt the price was reasonable, and he completed the work fast. The only problem that I experienced is that he left the bar and springs st the curb in front of my house but the trash people didn't pick it up. I will need to cut it into smaller pieces and find a way to get rid of it. I would highly recommend Precision.

Mr. Geary, I am so pleased with the service I have received from your company and your technician Pat Murrett that I will surely keep your phone number handy for the future and make sure my family and friends know the good service I received. It started from the call I made at 8:30 Sat. am and was told that I could expect service between 9:00 - 11:00. At around 9:30 Pat called and said that he would be at the house in 20 min. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and made the the best most economical repair recommendation. Originally called as a repair when my old garage door opener literally went up in smoke. Mark, my service tech, was at my home about an hour and a half after I called. He went over options, including repair, and I decided to buy a new opener. It was important that the new one work with my car's HomeLink system. Mark said there was a good chance it would, but no way to guarantee it. I asked if we could plug the unit in before installing to test it. He did, it worked, and he had it installed in just under an hour. Courteous, professional, fast. A different company I called first said there was no guarantee of HomeLink compatibility, no way to test it even if I brought my car to their facility to test with a unit there, and they couldn't come out for a week and a half. I've replaced them in my contact list with Precision.

I was watching TV and saw a commercial for Precision. Our garage door that we bought from Hamburg Overhead Door in 1999 was in serious need of repair. Since they wanted to charge us to look at it, we decided they didn't stand behind their product so knowing we would need to buy a new door we called Precision. One of the best decisions we made.
