The majority of my automatic garage door system that was installed by a different company circa 1999 was replaced by Precision back in January of this year. My technician (Rob) who was sent by Precision was great then and he has had to make a couple of adjustments since that time. Each time, he has been timely, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with Precision and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE was very positive...the technician assigned to do my garage door repair was Mike H....I was happy that Mike showed up within a couple of hours of my calling PRECISION...he inspected the garage door, explained the details of the problem, informed me of my options of how to repair it and then, upon my approval, proceeded to complete the repair in a professional manner...throughout the process, Mike was very kind and helpful with all of my questions...I felt good about the end result and would highly recommend this company to a friend...thank you PRECISION and Mike H. for a job well done!

5 star ! Mike Holbock was our technician and we couldn't be more please. Mike was courteous and skilled at assessing our garage door issues without pushing additional , unnecessary parts or services. His repair, although not simple was perfect and his customer communication skills were spot on. What an amazing company. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and had service within 2 hours. I am very pleased with the prompt and courteous service provided to me, at a very reasonable price. My installers name was Mathew Carberry. He was a very pleasant, polite young man. He was very concerned about how my installation was done so it would be safe for me to use. I had a very old garage and my old door was falling apart!.He made sure everything was to my liking. I can go on and on about Mathew, now of days its hard to find someone that young to truly be concerned about the customer. I have never met him until he installed my door, but I truly was very happy with his service. Now about the product, Mathew explained all about the product and how it works and the high quality of the materials. I only had my door for a short time but I highly recommend Precision Doors!! So far I am very happy with their services, and make sure you ask for Mathew!!! you will love him.

Call Precision Door Service at 12pm and the technician Barry showed up 3 hours later. Barry is a very friendly technician. He provides me all the options including buying a brand new door that will waive the repair bill. I would not hesitate dealing with Precision Door Service.
