This is an exceptional company. I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday to eliminate a noise problem. Pat Murrett was my technician today and eliminated the noise by replacing the chain rail. Great Job Pat. To my surprise, the replacement was under warranty, which Precision honored. Not only will I continue to call Precision to service my garage but I've told others to do the same. The one thing I noticed was that the same technicians are working for the company since I had my door installed - very little turnover (if any) means the company is great to work for and even better for their customers!!

I called today and explained that my garage door would not fully close. The person answering the call set up a service call for today and Bari showed up 2 hours later. After he and I determined that I needed a new door opener he got to work and 2 hours later the new door opener was fully operational. He took the old equipment away and left me as a satisfied customer.

The majority of my automatic garage door system that was installed by a different company circa 1999 was replaced by Precision back in January of this year. My technician (Rob) who was sent by Precision was great then and he has had to make a couple of adjustments since that time. Each time, he has been timely, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. My installers name was Mathew Carberry. He was a very pleasant, polite young man. He was very concerned about how my installation was done so it would be safe for me to use. I had a very old garage and my old door was falling apart!.He made sure everything was to my liking. I can go on and on about Mathew, now of days its hard to find someone that young to truly be concerned about the customer. I have never met him until he installed my door, but I truly was very happy with his service. Now about the product, Mathew explained all about the product and how it works and the high quality of the materials. I only had my door for a short time but I highly recommend Precision Doors!! So far I am very happy with their services, and make sure you ask for Mathew!!! you will love him.
