I choose Precision because they helped me with another problem I had earlier in the year with my garage door. I called Precision and just over an hour later Pat was at my door. Pat was wonderful! He found the problem within 5 minutes. I needed new springs and rollers. The work was completed in an hour. In the future, if I have any garage door issues, I will call Precision. Hopefully Pat will be available, a knowledgeable gentleman, a true asset to the business!

Just had our garage door repaired this morning. Called at 8am and they were at my house within 2 hours and had the job completed by 11:30am. Mario gave us a quote on three options and was very thorough in explaining each option. He had the parts with him and started to work immediately.
