Mr. Geary, I am so pleased with the service I have received from your company and your technician Pat Murrett that I will surely keep your phone number handy for the future and make sure my family and friends know the good service I received. It started from the call I made at 8:30 Sat. am and was told that I could expect service between 9:00 - 11:00. At around 9:30 Pat called and said that he would be at the house in 20 min. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and made the the best most economical repair recommendation. He displayed outstanding technical knowledge and very good customer relationship skills. "Outstanding Service". "Nice Job Pat".

I choose your company for several reasons that you advertised, professionally trained technicians, fully insured, same day service and that your trucks are fully stocked with parts to complete a job. I was not disappointed, your technician was very friendly and polite and did a great job, I will refer your company to all of my friends, thank you for a great job.

My garage door wasn’t working properly and sometimes it didn’t want to close. I called Precision door and they were able to come out the same day. Barry was our technician and he ended up putting in a new garage door opener because our old one was going out. Barry was professional and service was top notch. This is the second time I have used this service and have been happy with service once again.

Very professional, knowledgeable technician. Barry called when I was told he would call and showed up when he said he would - right on time. Was helpful, courteous and I totally recommend Precision to anyone and everyone who will listen. All other technicians who came to help me in the past were just as reliable and wonderful to work with, thank you!

Originally called as a repair when my old garage door opener literally went up in smoke. Mark, my service tech, was at my home about an hour and a half after I called. He went over options, including repair, and I decided to buy a new opener. It was important that the new one work with my car's HomeLink system. Mark said there was a good chance it would, but no way to guarantee it. I asked if we could plug the unit in before installing to test it. He did, it worked, and he had it installed in just under an hour. Courteous, professional, fast. A different company I called first said there was no guarantee of HomeLink compatibility, no way to test it even if I brought my car to their facility to test with a unit there, and they couldn't come out for a week and a half. I've replaced them in my contact list with Precision.

I was watching TV and saw a commercial for Precision. Our garage door that we bought from Hamburg Overhead Door in 1999 was in serious need of repair. Since they wanted to charge us to look at it, we decided they didn't stand behind their product so knowing we would need to buy a new door we called Precision. One of the best decisions we made. Door is beautiful, quiet and the service/installation team were professional and friendly. They showed me everything about the door and I felt they were committed to a great product and certainly great service. Thank you Precision!

Mario was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous, pleasant and efficient. He certainly deserves a five star rating. My only disappointment was that I selected Precision because your advertisement stated that repairs were available immediately. Unfortunately, my door failed to work on a Sunday morning and I had to wait 48 hours until you could send Mario.

This is an exceptional company. I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday to eliminate a noise problem. Pat Murrett was my technician today and eliminated the noise by replacing the chain rail. Great Job Pat. To my surprise, the replacement was under warranty, which Precision honored. Not only will I continue to call Precision to service my garage but I've told others to do the same. The one thing I noticed was that the same technicians are working for the company since I had my door installed - very little turnover (if any) means the company is great to work for and even better for their customers!!

I called today and explained that my garage door would not fully close. The person answering the call set up a service call for today and Bari showed up 2 hours later. After he and I determined that I needed a new door opener he got to work and 2 hours later the new door opener was fully operational. He took the old equipment away and left me as a satisfied customer.
