We were happy with the installation and the quietness of our new door. Since we only had it a couple of days, it is hard to comment on it other than it looks great and functions fine. We were disappointed that my husbands Chevy Silverado couldn't be programmed into the new garage door opener.

Even though the problem wasn't one that required immediate attention, it was nice being able to contact someone, schedule an appointment and get the problem taken care of without having the whole process drag on. The Technician was pleasant, curtious and knew his stuff. Unfortuately we needed a new garage door opener because the old one didn't comply with current safety standard, but the price was right and when I went online to review the make and model being offered it had excellent reviews. The technician installed the opener in less than two hours and was on his way. Efficient, pleasent and painless.

My technician Robert was awesome! When my wife and I got home today we hit the garage door opener and it opened 2 feet and stopped. Going inside I noticed the spring had broke. I called Precision Door and they said they would be there tonight! Between 4 and 8. Robert showed up about 30 minutes later and had my door fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely informative and friendly and perhaps most importantly competent. The spring he used had a obvious quality that the sping that broke did not. I have confidence it will last a long time and in fact has a great warranty to back it up. It was not properly installed by another company and he clearly explained what he was going to do fix that and why. My garage door has never worked better. My wife and I are thrilled. Its something as simple as a garage door that you take for granted until it doesn't work anymore. Thank you Precision door and especially Robert for your superior "Precision" service!

Knowledgeable and friendly, Robert D. gave me several options in his estimate to replace my garage door AND opener. Knowing what I wanted, I called him right back and the door was ordered ASAP. Installation was scheduled and Ryan came out to remove the old and install the new. Ryan was friendly, courteous and efficient... single-handedly installing the door and opener in just a few hours. What a superb customer service experience. Within minutes (less than 5) I had an email acknowledgement come to my "smarty phone" confirming my request for service, the name of the Service Technician (Robert P.) being dispatched, and what time he could be expected. Robert P. arrived on-site in just over a half-hour (35 mins). Besides just replacing the torsion springs, Robert pointed out (diagnosed) seized rollers and a buckling door panel that were causing "undue" stress to the garage door opener system. (The garage door is 23 years old) - Robert's service was prompt, courteous, and most importantly - competent. Mr. Anthony Paruta, take a bow - it is no wonder your business is expanding while many businesses today are singing the "business is bad blues". 5 Star recommendation "plus". Many thanks!

We chose to replace our "builder grade" garage doors with updated, insulated doors after our rails and wheels rusted, and were having reliability issues. From the initial contact through the finished job, I was very impressed. Their website, customer service, email reminders and information, service personnel, and professionalism were fantastic. Mike H. was on-time, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't try to up-sell me. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. I was here for the installation of the doors today. Brian C. and Mike C. were the installers, and they were great! They arrived on-time, were super guys, and did an A-1 job. They said it would take about 3 hours, and they were very close to their estimate. They worked hard and did a great job of installing the doors, answering any questions I had, and cleaning up. Ryan was professional and friendly. service was concluded two hours after I called to request a repair as the door was not rising smoothly. Ryan called, came out to assess and spoke to me on the phone, I didn't even need to come home from work. Precision took the blame for the needed repair and are replacing parts free of charge.
