Ryan was professional and friendly. service was concluded two hours after I called to request a repair as the door was not rising smoothly. Ryan called, came out to assess and spoke to me on the phone, I didn't even need to come home from work. Precision took the blame for the needed repair and are replacing parts free of charge. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the door while the parts are on order. I will certainly recommend precision to anyone looking for a garage door.

Five star rating. Tried several of your competitors and got nowhere. Your man made a new lock for an old door fit and work so quickly. Price was reasonable. He had extra drilling to do. Mike, the technician, arrived at the time he told me he would and promptly evaluated the situation. He recommended the best course of repairing the springs on both of my garage doors. YOUR TECH WAS HERE WITHIN A FEW HOURS AFTER I CALLED FOR SERVICE. ROBERT DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING WIRING CHEWED INTO BY A SQUIREL. HE ALSO CHECKED THE BATTERY BACKUP. BATTERY WAS DEAD, ORDERED NEW ONE WHICH I WOULD LIKE HIM TO INSTALL WHEN RECEIVED. VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

I called Precision- on a Friday before a holiday- as my garage door completely became detached by the wire that pulls it up and down. I was told they would be out sometime between 6 and 8. I was very surprised when they showed up at 605. The technician was extremely friendly and professional. He explained my options and the door was fixed within the hour. Excellent and speedy customer service!!!!!

Originally Robert Dressler came out to replace the springs. After he pointed out all the rust, cables starting to fail and the cheap motor, we realized we really needed to purchase everything new. Excellent service! Installers were friendly and very professional, and cleaned up the door and the garage. I highly recommend this company. I have used in the past when I had a problem on a Sunday and they were prompt and came out and fixed my door. When it came time to replace that door they worked very hard to get me the door I needed.

Mark came to my house and installed a garage door in no time. I thought I also needed an opener but Mark assured me my current opener worked just fine. He installed the door at the agreed upon price, was polite, courteous and worked very hard since I think I picked the hottest day of the year so far. I would definitely call on Mark again.
