I called because my door brackets broke when ice prevented my door from opening. They responded immediately, came out, fixed the door and the workmanship is impeccable! I am so happy with my quiet door and the Mike who fixed it was so personable!

The cable appeared to be the problem in operating the door. I first called the company that installed the door, they were to be busy, soonest they could come was in 3 days. Got your company from the yellow pages called made arrangements for a repair man to come between 12 & 4. Pat arrived @ 12:30. Diagnosed the problem, explained it thoroughly, then made the necessary repairs. Pat deserves a 5 star rating. You're fortunate to have him with your company David H. Schank

Mike was very easy to work with and told it like it was... If my unit was a few years old ,I would have had new parts installed,, But , being 16 years old it was best to have Mike install a new one. He did a great job with such cold conditions to work.. 5 out of 5 for Mike!

Technician Mike Holbok arrived within 2 hours of my first call to Precision. He explained everything about the new opener after first asking my needs. The work was performed perfectly , Mike was polite and cleaned up after himself, including taking away my old opener! 5 stars for sure!

Our garage door decided to break on the closest day of the year. In calling places for repairs (especially on a Sunday), Precision answered their phones. I explained the problem and they said they would be out about noon the next day. They called and were there at 10am. Told me the problems, gave me a price and fixed it within 1 1/2 hr. Talked about a new door, and will take amount of repair bill off door and installation. Great job

A cable snapped on my garage door in the middle of January (of course). I called Precision and Patrick came out that afternoon. He was very knowlegeable and his estimates turned out to be right on target. I was going to wait for another estimate, but was glad I didn't when the other company did not get back to me for several days. Bill was on the installation team during the chilling weather. They were delayed , but he had called to tell me and they did finish the job on schedule. They even did a little patch up work on my wall, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the product and service were refreshingly superb for a situation that I was not looking forward to. Thank you Precision!

Due to unfortunate circumstances related to Williamsville's deep freeze, I found your company when my garage door was completely engulfed in ice damaging the cables, rollers and spring and making the door inoperable. The technician dispatched to me was Pat Murrett who I immediately bonded with! He was sympathetic to my crisis but very knowledgeable and respectful (taking his dirty boots off to walk through my house to the garage). He assessed the situation and due to the extreme ice he was unable to do the job yesterday. The ice on the building first needed to be removed! He came back today, exactly as planned and put my garage door back together even better than it originally was. While this job was certainly not in my budget I feel that Pat gave me my money's worth including a lifetime warranty on the work and parts. I would highly recommend Precision for their customer service ethics and their ability to select talented, knowledgeable technicians to back up their standards. Brian came with Pat today who was shadowing him as an employee trainee and he also fit the Precision image perfectly! Very exceptional young men! With gratitude.... ~carol

Bill called me in the morning and let me know what time he would be here. Arrived exactly on time, asked me if I had any questions and went straight to work. Yesterday was probably one on the coldest days this winter so far and not a single complain form Bill or Brian about it. The guys installed two single garage doors on my old garage, one with remote and one without. They were courteous, hardworking and did a fantastic job on this install. Bill walked me thru all the items I needed to know once he was done and they even removed and disposed of the old wooden doors they replaced. I wish every service experience was like this one! Thanks again guys, great job.

While there were several delays getting the correct doors, it was well worth waiting. Bill was our installer and we could not ask for someone to be so pleasant and technically competent. We had two single doors installed and they look beautiful and work very smoothly. I am pleased that we chose Precision and would call them if we ever needed service. I called Precision to have them double-check the garage door work that I had done by another local garage door company. Within 4 hours of my call to Precision, Pat M. called to let me know he when he expected to arrive. When he arrived he answered all my questions and said that the door was working well and that he didn't see anything that needed addressing immediately. There was no pressure selling at all. The difference between the poor customer service of the other company and Pat's professionalism was night and day. It's also nice to know that I can call Precision day or night for any garage door repair needs we have in the future.
