The weather was awful and our technician Robert went above and beyond to fix an old garage door that seemed hopelessly jammed shut. He made sure that the car inside was not damaged during the repair and was so patient with a fix for a very difficult problem. Great job!

Very unsatisfied with the work. Still don't have my issue resolved. When I call for service the gentleman that comes insists it's a problem with garage door opener. Which is not the case, sorry a garage door opener does not cause an uneven door.

After using a level on your door it is perfectly level, but I have discovered a different issue. Outstanding service. Prompt response to emergency call. Decided to replace old door and found the service technician (Robert D.) to be most knowledgeable and technically expert. I came home from several errands and a few minutes after I parked the car in the garage we heard a loud noise. The right side spring on our 16 foot garage door had snapped. I called Precision and the service man was here in just under three hours. He replaced both springs, as I knew he would have to, explained why and after both springs were done he went over every piece of hardware on the door to be sure all were snug and secure. He illustrated how a garage door can be checked for balance, greased fittings as needed, saw the door was moving smoothly and then reattached the garage door opener and checked the chain. Great job in about an hours time, came in uniform, with a well marked truck went over all pricing and cleaned up after. I was very satisfied with his work and ordered two new side trim pieces with weatherproofing as the old ones were quite worn.

After watching a you-tube video and not being able to fix the broken cable on our own, we did a Google search and decided to call Precision. They offered emergency service on a very cold Saturday afternoon. Patrick was very personable, informative, and efficient. He explained his work and what we need to do to keep our system in proper working order. The work area was clean when he left. As it turned out, the you-tube video was part of Precision. We would highly recommend Patrick and Precision.

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for all your garage door needs. I was most impressed with Precision from the first meeting. The tech was prompt in coming over to provide an estimate, explaining the openers they stock, recommending the proper opener for my needs,and setting a convenient install date. The tech arrived as expected to install, installed the opener, performed maintenance on the existing door rollers, cleaned up afterwords, and was polite and courteous. I had a service call for a garage door that wouldn't close. When the technician arrived he said that a ladder I had hanging in the garage was causing the problem. He took down the ladder, but about one out of every ten times I try to close the door, it pops back up and I have to retry.This started a few days after the service call. I had thought the problem was solved. So, I guess I still don't know the cause. I paid the service call and the service provider did oil up a few things at my request, but it seems that there must be more to it. I guess nothing was actually repaired. Would love a follow-up visit

***** Hi Anthony, I am so impressed with the service your company provided me. It was New Years Eve and I was having problems with my garage door. I called some companies and was told someone could come out in a couple of days. I proceeded to call Precision door expecting more of the same. I almost fell out of my chair when the friendly receptionist told me a technician would be out in a couple of hours! This was New Years Eve in the middle of a snow storm! My garage door was fixed and I was able to make it to the party on time. A couple of days later my garage door wasn't operating very smoothly, and when I called you back you again sent a technician out the same day who repaired the problem swiftly and with quality service! The repairman Rob was very friendly and very helpful, if all of your employee's are like him your company is going to continue to be a success! I was surprised to find my garage door opener unable to do its job today. I called your company(Precision Door) at 935 am and was delighted to have a scheduled appointment by 2pm. Your service technician was knowledgeable, honest, thorough and most of all patient. He replaced my damaged opener, worn springs and installed and programmed all devices, including the keypad. The spring on my garage door was broken leaving the door stuck down. My son had recommended Precision door to me. My appointment was to meet at my home at 1:00 pm for a quote. As I looked at my watch turned 1:00pm, the truck was in my driveway. I was in a jam, had been planning a Christmas party and preparing everything by putting it in my car for the last two days when, the night before, our garage door broke. I have a seminar the in the morning but scheduled a garage door appointment and had my sister in law there. The professional was on time, courteous, and explained it several times as we had multiple people in and out of the house while I was away.
