5 Star Rating for installation of 2 custom, garage, doors 10/30/14. Installers, Ryan Buil and Ben Kelly, worked ~6-7hrs. to install, test and inservice me on door remotes and mobil remotes for the cars. They worked diligently and stopped only to eat. It was already dark the last hour or so as they were completing the installation. Cleaned up work area and were pleasant employees - Good Workers!!! Ryan performed a preventive maintenance in June for me via Angie's List. Was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail; he sold me on purchasing 2 new doors (needed). Chose precision for the quality of materials/warranty and experienced staff. Highly recommend. They call to indicate their ETA. Appreciate that.

Patrick quickly diagnosed my garage door and determined it could be repaired- other companies tried to sell me a new door. He was extremely knowledgable about what he was doing and considered every aspect of my family's needs before helping me make a decision that would be best both short and long term. This included safety concerns, financial and day to day use. He was both professional and personal- two qualities tough to find in business today. I will recommend Precision Door to friends, family and only use them in the future!

Robert came out to access the repair and was very thorough going over the options. Based on his great advice, instead of just fixing the problem, I decided that replacing the door would be best. I originally scheduled the appointment for Halloween as I was off work that day. I then found that I could not open the door so informed the owner that I was available the coming Monday. He was able to give me the appointment. Ryan was our installer and did a fantastic job and even helped move stuff out of the garage so he could work. The clean up was so good, one could not tell they were even here. Price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Called at 10AM on Saturday and the technician arrived at 12:30PM. Michael was very courteous and professional He quickly replaced the broken spring. Excellent service! The receptionist that scheduled the service call was also very pleasant to deal with.

Mike called and asked what time would be convenient for that morning. I had been told a technician would be here between 8am to noon. He was here about 9:30 or so. He went right to work checking my garage door and replacing the rollers. He was patient and answered all my questions so I could understand what was going on with my garage door. I appreciated his thoroughness. I would recommend the company highly.

I was very please with the whole process Prescision Door Service had to offer. Mike my tech called to leave me a message that he was running late due to his schedule. I thought this was awesome that he made time to do a follow up call. When Mike was on site his quality of trouble shooting a solution was 10 out of 10 performance. Mike called prior to arrival and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be replaced and why. He was clean quick and nice. He was also very patient as I asked all my questions. Michael is a great technician. I have used him in the past and is very professional and dedicated. I had an on going issue with a door opener and they replaced it with no issues. Anthony understands that the customer MUST be happy and treated with respect and this is how he seems to be running Precision Doors.
