I needed new cables and my torsion springs rewound. Precision's same day service was super convenient. The technician arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and did a great job. I would give a 4-star rating based on that alone. However, my 1-star rating is because of the ridiculous cost of my repair Precision charged for the two new cables! That is OUTRAGEOUS considering you can buy a pair of cables yourself for a FRACTION of that cost.

The technician(Mike H) was knowledgable, efficient and very pleasant. He arrived at my home within an hour and a half of my call for service. Prompt service is very important when your car is trapped inside the garage. I would definitely call them again for future garage door repairs.

"Patrick" came as promised on a terrible winter day and corrected the minor problem with my garage door opener. He was polite and explained what had happened. I like to see the photo of the tech person who will be coming to my home. It makes me feel a little more comfortable. I would recommend Precision Door, and I give them a five star rating!

We called and they came out the very next day. Our Tech was Patrick. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and told us a few things we might want to consider in the future as the garage door is quite old. He fixed the rollers and Wala the door opened and closed VERY QUIETLY (yea). We would not hesitate to have them come and do the other work. Patrick was a real sweetheart !!! Great employee !!!!! I must say that I appreciate that you can see your teck on the site. Even though my husband was home It gave me a sense of security. More so if I was a woman home alone.

5 STAR!!! Service was excellent. The technician, Michael B. Holbok, was on-time, very polite; scoped out the problem and then informed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and offered several suggested remedies for me to choose from. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the opener works excellently!! I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who may need work done on a garage door and / or opener. In fact, I will be replacing a second garage door opener in the near future and I will request that Mr. Holbok be the technician that does the work when the time comes. Bottom line I was exceptionally satisfied with the workmanship that Mr. Holbok did.

We started out simply needing new remotes for our garage door opener. On Monday evening, Robert P came out. When we called in initially, we advised we need 2 remotes, and that the light in our unit was malfunctioning. When Robert came out, the remotes on his truck were not working with our unit. In the end, he left us with one unit and the light issue persisted and was not diagnosed. We were charged for the service call and one remote. We did not feel satisfied, and called Precision back. Within less than an hour later, I received a callback from Bill, in which he profusely apologized for the fact that we did not receive enough remotes, and that our light issue was not resolved. Bill said that he would come out himself to diagnose our door and deliver and program a second remote Friday evening. On Friday evening, I was running late coming home to meet Bill. He was so calm and understanding, and patiently waited for me and got started on our work while he waited. When I arrived, Bill clearly, concisely, and knowledgably explained possible issues with our unit. He also gave me (at no charge) the second remote. I was so impressed with Bill's personality, knowledge, and expertise. Bill made up more than amply for the previous visit. I told Bill that his handling of the situation would ensure that we came to Precision when it came time for a new unit. Later that evening, my wife and I decided to "take the plunge" and buy a new unit. We contacted Bill back directly, and advised him of the decision. Despite the fact that he was busy and attending to personal business, Bill STILL took the time to field each and every one of my questions, explain every detail, and help us select the best unit for our needs. The following day, Sunday, Mike arrived to complete our installation. Mike was also very knowledgeable about all of the different units available, and helped my wife and I make the most educated decision on our purchase. Mike then inspected our door, and discovered that our spring and door rollers were in poor condition. It was a cold, windy Sunday and the football game was on, but Mike didn't care, rather, he took the time to completely replace everything for us, and properly and accurately install our new opener unit for us. Mike knew exactly what he was doing, and was comforting to speak with, and confident. The new door and parts are SILENT, and work wonderfully! Our new unit, the Lift Master, is top of the line and spectacular! We are beyond thrilled with the new unit, and remotes. In summary, Bill and Mike bent over backwards and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. They came out in adverse weather, dark, dreary conditions, but made our experience with Precision the best it could be. They have earned lifetime customers, and we are more than happy to spread the word about the A+++ experience we enjoyed with Precision! Thank you Anthony and Crew for everything! I had a power surge in my neighborhood and the result was my garage door opener was fried. I called another well known garage door company and although I was not impressed with my initial phone call I decided to stick with them because a few friends of mine had good results using this company. After telling them my problem and exchanging some information with them, I waited for a call back from them because that's what they said was standard procedure, when they finally called me back four days later they said it would take ten days to come to my house. Frustrated, I decided to call Precision and the service I received from that point on was second to none. Meagan took my call and made me feel like she was helping out one of her family members. The technician Robert was able to come down that day and install a new garage door opener and new springs. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Precision. I have had some issues with the my garage door since, which had nothing to do with the Precision install but the fact that I just have an old garage door. Once again, the day I called, within a few hours someone was able to come down and correct the issue at no charge. Any good business owner knows that word of mouth is the best advertisement you can get, and I go out of my way to tell people about my experience with Precision. I give them a five star rating and when I'm ready to get a new garage door I look forward to my phone call and excellent service I will receive from them.

Pat showed up exactly when he said he would and did an exceellent job. He gave us several options and explained the pros and cons of each of the options. The price he quoted for the work was the price we payed. No high pressure sales and no nonsense. He was extremely professional, explained all of the work that he did, made sure we understood all of the details, warranties, etc., and the area of the garage that he worked in was spotless when he left. We have a detached garage and the outside temperature was three degrees the evening he arrived and installed the garage door opener and repaired the garage door. I would highly recommend Precision if you have any issues with your garage door.

The weather was awful and our technician Robert went above and beyond to fix an old garage door that seemed hopelessly jammed shut. Very unsatisfied with the work. Still don't have my issue resolved. When I call for service the gentleman that comes insists it's a problem with garage door opener. Which is not the case, sorry a garage door opener does not cause an uneven door.

I came home from several errands and a few minutes after I parked the car in the garage we heard a loud noise. The right side spring on our 16 foot garage door had snapped. I called Precision and the service man was here in just under three hours. He replaced both springs, as I knew he would have to, explained why and after both springs were done he went over every piece of hardware on the door to be sure all were snug and secure. He illustrated how a garage door can be checked for balance, greased fittings as needed, saw the door was moving smoothly and then reattached the garage door opener and checked the chain. Great job in about an hours time, came in uniform, with a well marked truck went over all pricing and cleaned up after. I was very satisfied with his work and ordered two new side trim pieces with weatherproofing as the old ones were quite worn.

After watching a you-tube video and not being able to fix the broken cable on our own, we did a Google search and decided to call Precision. They offered emergency service on a very cold Saturday afternoon. Patrick was very personable, informative, and efficient. He explained his work and what we need to do to keep our system in proper working order. The work area was clean when he left. As it turned out, the you-tube video was part of Precision. We would highly recommend Patrick and Precision.
