I found Precision via Angie's List when I backed into my old, crappy needed to be replaced anyway door. What a professional bunch of people! The sales process was quick and easy. Installation day was only two days later on the coldest day of the year so far. The guys worked tirelessly with freezing fingers and no complaints. Each person knew what to do and when to do it. The door was installed flawlessly, tight to the frame and the lift was absolutely silent (pretty surprising for such a heavy door). We had a somewhat unusual opening, so they had to return with jamb seals, but they were right on time as promised and the job completed. I will also enter a response in Angie's list. All in all, 5 starts and a recommendation that you can't go wrong with Precision!

Couldn't believe how great and easy this process was. I had Mike H as my technician and the guy was great. Totally fast, great work, professional etc... all of that in the middle (what I thought was sure to be the end) of his daily route - all in 15 degree weather !!!! Only way it could've been better was to have it done for free, but in reality (based on the experience and Mike), I would've paid double. Thanks!!!!!!

Mike was very thorough in explaining what happened to the garage door springs and everything else to me. He made suggestions on what he thought should be done and what didn't need to be replaced or repaired. I felt he was very honest. My name is Rich. Buchman. I had a new door opener installed in April of this year 2013. It worked great all summer! When the weather changed a few weeks ago the unit would lose the freakwency and the opener would not open the door. I called Precision door and they came and stood by me until they found the problem.
