I called for repair expecting to replace my door openers in the $XXX range.....Bill Geary was my repair guy and after inspecting my doors and $XXX later I am good to go. Bill was incredible, great work ethic, knowledgeable and very respectful. It was more than I expected to pay and I'm ecstatic to know I won't have to worry about my garage doors again. I found Precision via Angie's List when I backed into my old, crappy needed to be replaced anyway door. What a professional bunch of people! The sales process was quick and easy. Installation day was only two days later on the coldest day of the year so far. The guys worked tirelessly with freezing fingers and no complaints. Each person knew what to do and when to do it. The door was installed flawlessly, tight to the frame and the lift was absolutely silent (pretty surprising for such a heavy door). We had a somewhat unusual opening, so they had to return with jamb seals, but they were right on time as promised and the job completed. I will also enter a response in Angie's list. All in all, 5 starts and a recommendation that you can't go wrong with Precision!
