Your ambassador, Henry, arrived as promised, diagnosed my problem as being a broken torsion spring. He then examined my 40 year old door and showed me how he knew it was that old. On Henry' recommendation, a money saving opportunity and a preventative maintenance approach, I opted for the overhaul package. Henry carried out the repairs and updating of the door in a silent and efficient manner that mirrors the way the door now operates. He completed the work and cleaned up the site in a timely manner as one would expect of the professional he is! Henry deserves a raise !

I waited for 2hours and noone showed...I called your office and talked w/guy who said he was there at front door at noon and no one answered...I told he was full of it caus I was sitting in my car near the corner and had a clear vision of front and side...he also said he tried to call but phone number was bogus....i again said he was full of bull...that was...i'll never call for any service from your outfit in the future nor recommend your outfit....

Our Technician arrived on time and found that no one was at home. We were not aware that Mr. Roman was in his car, somewhere on the street, waiting for our technician. The phone number we had on record was not correct making it impossible for our technician to contact Mr. Roman to let him know we were at his home. We have attempted to contact Mr.Roman to no avail. This was an unusual circumstance and we regret the onconvienece caused by it.

Henry from Percision Overhead Garage Door was great. I called after 7pm and he was working on the door before 8:30. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it completely. I would definetly recomend Percision to everyong. They were a pleasure to work with.

Our usual garage door repair service would not return our calls for help, so we contacted Precision Overhead Door Service. Even though it was a Saturday, your service technician Tony arrived well before the promised time and had our garage door working like new in about 90 minutes. Tony was very personable and quite easy to speak to. He patiently answered all of our questions while efficiently going about his work. If your gargage door needs repair dont call any one else.
