Just a great job of installing a new door system . I cannot remember the names of the to men that did the job . When completed they took us through the complete operation of the door . Went over proper operation of door , maintenance of the door and rollers as well as safety test that need to be done . They were just great all was cleaned up upon completion . This is what I expected from Precision . Great company to do business with.

Travis Leader was a first rate technician and gentleman and answered my questions about the new door. His work and manner leads me to want to recommend Precision to others. I would highly recommend Precision Door. We had issues with our garage door opener, I called and Bob the Technician came out the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to replace our very old wood 2 car garage door and opener. With Bob's recommendations we placed our order the end of June. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is at the time of order, we were told the door would be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. I had to make a call at the 6 week mark to inquire as to the status of our order. At that time I would told it would actually be 8 to 10 weeks. At the 10 week mark I received a phone call and the work was scheduled. Travis came out to install the door, opener and replaced everything. He was remarkably fast but highly competent, very friendly and professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction in a little over 4 hours.

Only issue I have is that I had a few different estimates done and precision was the highest of all them! I can go to Hamburg Overhead and get two doors for the price of on with what Precision quoted me.

Mike was amazing!!! Despite working alone and in the pouring rain, my garage door was installed in 3 hours...He took the time to explain proper care and maintenance (I had no idea) and offered some suggestions for when it is time to replace my (old) garage door opener. My experience was great with Precision from beginning to end. Thanks Mike & Precision!!!

This company was recommended to me by my son who used them for his garage doors. I needed 2 new doors installed on a new pole barn. Travis was the service tech, and he was very professional. Later in the day another tech joined him, and the work was completed. They were both friendly and did excellent work. The doors look and operate great. I am glad I chose this company.
