Let's just say it's been 20 years with the last 10 at least where the door has been manually opened. Made the call, same day service and purchased a new belt drive garage door opener. Mario was outstanding, he was extremely knowledgeable, concerned about any of my cats getting out the door and got right to it and all was right with world within an hour. Amazing... will definitely recommend your company.... love the motion sensor light too!

Set an appointment yesterday. Rob was our Tech and he showed up promptly between the Window of time given. He was able to fix the issue with our Garage even though the underlying problem remained a mystery. He was very professional and did not mislead me with any information on what he was fixing and what the problem was. Highly recommend their service, very upfront on costs and very professional.

Beautiful door and professional company. Travis was our technician and did a wonderful job. A day later, the door wouldn't close and they came back and made some adjustments and it works fine now. Disappointed to find out they charged us $75 for a service call when we just spent $2,200 on a brand new door and it wasn't our fault the door wouldn't close.

Emailed company and explained problem. Technician Collin came out next day and identified problem. Given three options, had all parts needed for the option I chose. Seemed very knowledgeable and as a visually disabled woman put my trust in him and Precision Garage Doors. The job was completed in a professional and timely matter. The work was extensive, almost everything but garage door. I was a bit shocked at cost, but you have to trust someone. We’ve been burned in the past by contractors. Hope this isn’t the case. What a pleasant experience. Mark came over yesterday to measure the door, was so polite and new exactly what I wanted and explained the differences between insulated vs. non insulated. He spoke to my husband about trimming around the door and he made notes to address this additional feature which can only be done in the later spring when it is warmer. Can't wait for our new door!

Thanks so much for sending Mario to my home a very bitter snow storm. I was desperate since my garage door would not close and the west wind was blowing lots of snow into my garage. Mario came very quickly, shoveled the snow out of my garage, repaired the door and accepted payment with a Visa credit card. All wonderfull very quick, very thorough in explaining what I could receive but forgot to leave me a receipt. Please call with the cost so I know what I will be charged on my Visa card. Other than that, the whole experience was wonderful. Thanks so much for being open 24 hours per day. That seems to be needed since usually something will go wrong at the worst time and the customer cannot wait days for service. One company I called did not even return my phone call. Thanks so much for Mario's quick and polite and efficient service. Just let me know the cost either through a phone call or email. Thanks so much. I chose Percision from a recent commercial I saw on TV. I called today to make an appointment at 9:30Am. I set the appointment from 10AM to 2pm. Bob was at my house by 11AM. I was advised what the problem was and Bob explained why I was having the problem. He went through all of my options by piece and offered a rebuild. The rebuild made the most sense because it inncluded everything I need plus came with a warranty. Rob completed the job was very professional, freindly and polite.

We had a power outage and I was not able to reset the door. Mario, who had previously serviced our doors, came reset the door, Mario, as I directed him to, checked our present doors - over 30 years in service - and then gave us a number of alternative choice on replacing the doors et alia. We selected our choice and will have new doors et alia within a month. Five star service!

Had a 4pm appointment and repair person called at 3:50pm to let us know that he was on his way. Arrived a few minutes later. Extremely happy about arrival time because did not have to wait. Was given estimate over the phone but additional work was needed. Explained what was needed, why it was needed and the cost. Very satisfied with cost and repair. Would recommend to all.

He called first thing in the morning to tell us he would be there within 10-15 minutes and he was prompt and personable and very helpful. He also answered some additional questions we had and gave us a brochure for information about getting a new door and opener which we will do before the end of the year.
