These guys rock! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sam stopped out to give us the estimate. He was very courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable & was the reason we chose Precision for our new garage door. Travis came out to install the door. He was also extremely courteous, and worked hard until the dark hours of the night. Answered all of our questions and stayed even later to change a few minor details and to review the entire door system with my wife and I. I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family; Thanks again!

Matt did a great job replacing my ancient wooden garage door. When he was finished he made sure that I understood how it operated and what I could do on my own to keep it in good shape. We needed a new garage door opener and I had no idea who to go with. I decided to give Precision a try because they had the highest ratings across the sites I checked. I understand why they have good reviews. They came out the next day and arrived ON TIME! Rob was awesome! He measured the space he had to work with and explained what he would have to do before he moved forward. The price for the new Installer was fair and he even waited while I confirmed the price/job with my husband. Once everything was installed, he explained how it worked and even gave us tips for keeping our garage door working longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone. In fact, we are calling the Gutter Side of this company because the installation went so well. Thanks Precision!

I had a great experience with Precision. They were at my house within an hour of my call. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with selection of a new door (to be installed at a later date). Mario was the installer. He was great, easy to work with, polite, knowledgeable. Clearly he enjoys his job, like sworking for Precision, and I would gladly have him return To install the garage door when it arrives.

Ryan, who came to tear out the old California door, and install the new door, and new opener, reminded me of what it means for people to do whatever it takes, not to just get the job done…but get it done right! Ryan had a work ethic and pride in his work that is sorely missing from most employees, and businesses. He was nothing less than professional. His attention to all aspects of the operation (arrival, time management, installation, product use and management, clean-up, etc.), was flawless. Kudos to you, Ryan. Nice guy replaced cables (one cable had broken). I'm giving only 3 1/2 stars because now there is a gap between one side of the garage door and the floor, that wasn't there before.

My old opener would not close using the remote, only the hard wired button. Mark checked it out and told me the opener was from 1994 and generally openers only last around ten years. He installed a new one, checked the overall operation of the door, lubed the roller, and checked the springs. He arrived when he said, was very courteous and informative. I would not hesitate to call in the future and would highly recommend them.

Mario arrived as scheduled promptly. He was courteous, polite, knowledgable and, efficient all the things you look for in a tech. He explained what was to be done with pricing and discounts beforehand. It was an easy choice to have him do the work which he did in minimal time and to my satisfaction. I'm happy I called and, it was my first time with Precision and, I will recommend your Co. to others.
