Great customer service, two garage doors installed yesterday. Disappointed in the quality of the window inserts, thought it would be a more rigid plastic insert. Thank you to all, especially Bill, manager of the project.
Thanks for the review Ron. The window inserts are made from the highest quality vinyl designed to be easily removable and replaceable. This is why they are flexible. You will never know the difference unless you need to clean your windows. They will come out and go back in easily. They are also warranted against fading and cracking.

I had an issue with the j-bar (hockey stick thing) connecting to the top panel (top panel bolts were getting ripped out) with an older garage door. Called you guys and someone was out in under 3 hours. The technician, Mike Holbok, was great. He explained that I needed a new door but did manage to attach a new steal slotted angle to keep the jbar from ripping off the top of the garage door in the mean time. Mike, you need a raise!

Precision stands by there product and work. Had a spring repaired in 2012, spring broke and Precision was out within a few hours of my call to change to an even heavier duty spring but with their 5 yr warranty it didn't cost me anything for the new spring. Technician (Rob) impressed me with his knowledge, and he was very willing to share with me everything that plays into having a garage door work properly. That, and the short amount of time it took him to completely rebuild my system convinced me that he had either many years experience or a very qualified teacher. I thought it was a little pricey, but I also know I received heavier duty parts and a 7 year warranty that the competition could not match. Door now works perfectly!
