Technician (Rob) impressed me with his knowledge, and he was very willing to share with me everything that plays into having a garage door work properly. That, and the short amount of time it took him to completely rebuild my system convinced me that he had either many years experience or a very qualified teacher. I thought it was a little pricey, but I also know I received heavier duty parts and a 7 year warranty that the competition could not match. Door now works perfectly!

Robert was very polite and helpful in explaining what the problem was regarding the door. A previous garage door company installed a new garage door (about 6 months ago) and did a faulty job. Old parts were used in the installment. Your technician corrected the problem. I would definitely refer your company.

My 16 yo daughter pulled out of the garage a little soon. She was selecting her music for her ride. Unfortunately, the garage door was only half way up and she smashed into it. Precision door services was there in less then an hour even though I did not request an emergency call. The technician who came was completely professional and cost conscious. He evaluated the situation and made adjustments. He was able to "save the door" and tracking system. He recommended reinforcements but did not try to nickel and dime me for an absurd amount. I was so happy with his professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend this company. The technician really tried to work with me to make my garage door functional and safe. I understood everything that he was explaining and why he recommended certain reinforcements. Now on to repair the car. LOL

I am very surprised at the quick response. I called on Sunday around 3pm and Technician Patrick was here on Monday 8am and he installed the door opener within 2 hours. My tech was just great! He gave three options to repair my garage door. He then said "ok I'll get started" I was astonished , all the part where with him! In 3 hours I had my old door with all new hardware and a brand new opener. Very impressed!

Garage door broke at around 5 PM on a cold night...serviceman was there by 7 and did a complete rebuild of the door...replacing springs, cables, rollers etc. Professional and courteous and door works great after the rebuild!

The technician that repaired my mother-in laws door was great. I thought we would have to replace at least two panels be he was able to save it. However he was not able to repair the damage she did to the car. She may not be driving much longer as she has hit the house and every side of her two year old car.

5 stars for certain. Service within 12 hours on a weekend. Service Tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Did repair (replacement of tension springs) inside of 20-25 minutes. Payment by credit card on tablet was easy. I've never been more satisfied paying for a service because I know it was necessary for long term as opposed to a band aid and I truly appreciatiated the council & service.

Ashley was very CustomerCentric when I called to make an appointment. She understood that I needed an early morning service delivery due to my work schedule and that it was important as my garage door would not automatically close. Mike came as promised early in the morning and fixed the door as well as made reasonable recommendations on preventive maintenance.
