Our garage door would not open after work on Friday and I found Precision on line that night. I called and they were at our home Saturday morning. They were very professional and told us we had a great door but the spring was broken. After going over options we decided to have the current door rebuilt which saved us 1/2 of what a new door would cost and it came with a 7 year warranty. The technician was very friendly and most import very honest with us. Our door now works perfectly. We recommend them highly.

Torsion spring snapped on return home late on a Friday night. Checked Yellow Pages of phone book and noted advertising of 24/7 service. Made the call around 10:30 PM and was shocked to talk with a real person. Scheduled repair, and it was completed before I had breakfast Saturday morning (9:30 AM). The service technician, Mark Carberry, was excellent and very professional.

Today I had the pleasure of seeing Mike Holbok. Mike is knowledgeable, honest and polite. Mike had installed a new garage opener last year and today he assisted me in selecting a new garage door. More expensive than I was expecting, but the installer did a great job explaining why. Replaced a cheap torque master with a new torsion bar and spring. Door lifts better than ever now! Thanks!

Your technician Robert D. was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I have 3 garage doors. He fixed an issue 2 yrs ago with 1 and warned me about the 2nd one. 2 yrs later, I was lucky to get the same tech to fix that issue plus a future issue with both doors. He'a keeper.
Yeah, He's ok. I guess we'll keep him around for a while.

TECHNICIAN AND INSTALLER, BOB WAS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. He explained my options and provided corresponding pricing for each, without urging one over the other. He helped to brighten my day even though the initial problem with my faulty old opened caused damage to my car!

Rob was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and assured me that he was just a phone call away if I had any further questions or concerns. I am glad that he will be available for service calls on Saturdays. He tuned up garage door and made some adjustments after contractors forced open garage door. I was worried about significant damage to door, but to my relief that was not the case. The quality of service as well as the product itself are exceptional. Thank you.

I needed a replacement door for my garage after I backed into it. The new door is much better and the security feature is a good safeguard. I referred them to my neighbor down the street. The workers were awesome. They expressed what a good company Precision is to work for.
