We have had the overhead garage door since December of 2012, and we never had any problems with it. A week or so ago, some careless worker did something and the door would not open. We appreciated working with Anthony to select our new wooden garage doors. He was very patient as we took care to select the right stain. Our doors were installed today by Ryan and Robert who worked long and diligently to assure they were installed correctly in our older brick garage. They were very courteous and respected our property. We were also pleased that Anthony was on site during some of the installation. A secondary crew also arrived later to assist. All in all, we were very happy with our experience.

I had 3 quotes for my new garage door and even though the Precision quote was a $100 more they offered a lifetime warranty on parts and any service calls. The competitors that quoted me did not offer that kind of warranty. They only offered Lifetime warranty on the door and the motor. How can you not choose Precision one service call is a minimum $150.00. The Precision representative did a great job with insulation and was very professional and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived.

Installed a garage door opener a few years ago with Precision opener and have been completely satisfied. My garage door had a broken center hinge, a rusty vertical track, the center bearing plate was pulling away from the wooden header, and the door needed another horizontal strengthening strut installed. Other components of the system were showing signs of wear due to their age. The repair specialist sold me on the "option A rebuild package." He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I'm very happy with the finished product. My only regret is that I didn't get competitive quotes and shop around a little, like I normally would. I looked up the parts online and found that the costs didn't add up. Instead, I just wanted it taken care of as soon as possible, and the repair specialist offered to do the work on the spot. In summary, I'm very happy with the work, and would recommend Precision to others. I would just suggest that you might want to get a few competitive quotes to compare prices.
