I choose Precision after using them for a repair to my garage a few years ago. Service technicians very professional. Bob assessed problem advised what needed to be done. Had to replace garage door. He was familiar with my HOA requirements. Matthew did an excellent job in installing new door and outlining maintenance steps. Price of replacement was reasonable.

I blew a garage door spring with my car inside. Several people on Facebook suggested Precision so I gave you a call. A very concerned woman on the phone some one would respond between 4-7. Great! My phone rang shortly there after and the service tech said he would be at the house in about 20 minutes. He was very helpful, knowable, answered by questions about a new door and didn't try to upsell me plus he liberated my Tuscon.

Precision Door installed my new garage door, and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Matthew the installer, the product, and Precision Door.They did everything they said they would, they are very prompt, and knowledgeable about the product they sell and install. When I originally called Precision Door they had Jeff here the same day. Jeff told me it would take 4-6 weeks for the door to arrive and sure enough the door was here in 4 weeks.When Matthew arrived he introduced himself, and before he started he asked if I had any questions.After he finished he didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied and had no questions. Matthew also made sure he picked up any discarded materials and the garage was cleaned.
